Accu-Brake Reviews (3)

A simple installation of a shock strut turned into an expensive repair in Utah. It turns out that Accu-Brake never attached the strut. The owners of Accu-Brake ([redacted] and [redacted]) became threatening, very hostile and refused to repair and refund the work. I had to seek a refund from [redacted] customer service to resolve the problem. A report was filed as well. Other past repairs were also in question as the work performed had shown signs of damage and failure caused on the part of their work. These included a bent drive shaft, rear axle and a front shock strut that came disconnected. The shop also refused correct these problems and further charged for the repairs of their shoddy work. I no longer patronize this business due to their lack of honesty and integrity. Hopefully, others will read this and use another shop for repairs.

This place is a total rip off... Make sure you look carefully over your invoice if they added any work and it has to be warranted! They couldn't get my bearing assembly back on to they beat it on and in the process ruined the new bearings and the axel shaft that they shaved down to try and make it work then sent me home 3.5 hours drive on a tire that was ready to fall off. Would not give me a copy of the original invoice for the struts alone because they had changed the pricing and I walked out with a bill of $1950 vs 1441 and the parts they ruined they changed the price on so my warrantee is now limited. These guys are an absolute joke... between my husband and I we spent 4K in less than 2weeks and was treated with such disrespect and rudeness. when we called to get the original invoice without the bearing work because the bearings were worse off when I left and I had to take it to another NAPA Auto Care to have everything fixed, they refused to give us the paperwork and said we could have our attorney call.
