I would like for my dent to be repaired that was acquired while in Accu Pros care.On May 31st 2016 I took my brand new 2016 Dodge Challenger to Accu Pro for my windows to be tinted. I called that morning to make the appointment. I brought my car in and got out of the vehicle went in and handed over the keys. I then left to go next door to the establishment in the same shopping center to see if a friend was working. I cam beack maybe 10 min later to find my car in the garage with driver and passenger door open. I said hows it going he said good, then said you know you have a dent in your car/ I said, "NO! Where?! He showed me the dent that was on the quarter panel on the drivers side and I said that wasnt there before?! He said , he didnt do it and wanted to make sure I saw it.... I know for a FACT that the dent was not there prior to me taking the car in, 3 reasons I know this.... 1. The previous day I went to my sister in laws for a cook out and parked against the street driver side facing the house not the road and her father in law and I went down to look at my new car (would have seen the dent its very obvious) No dent... 2. Went home after the cookout parked the car in the carport where my husband backs in next to me so no way could his door have hit my car in that location. My car stayed there until I took it to Accu Pro. 3. I would have seen the dent when I got in or out of the car while taking it to Accu Pro ( again the dent is very obvious) . I was of course in shock and trying not to blow up on the guy as he had more work to finish on my car so I went back to the establishment next door and complained to them about it. I went back to pick my car up when it was done paid and left, crying. When I got home and told my husband and other family memebers they all agreed I go back and talk to the guy. So 2 days later I sent a message asking when I could come talk about the dent and he said tomorrow (X-X-XX). I went and talked to the owner about it and the whole time his other employee recorded our conversation with his phone and , the owner just kept trying to explain how he didnt do it. I also noticed on my way home that evening and when I went back the next day that something was making a sliding around noise inside my driver side door panel??? I asked about that as well and he said he doesnt take the door panel off and no tools he has could fit down in the space to fall inn the door itself. Go figure...This car was 4 days old and this is what I get for trusting a local company to do a service for me that I paid $200 + dollars for ?!Desired SettlementI have talked to a dent removal company and because the dent is on the body line I have to have a collision shop repair the dent and take the whole drivers side apart and repaint costing approx $1200. I will get another estimate as well but I would like to have this repaired within 60 days by the owners insurance or the owner himself. Otherwise I have no choice but to pursue court action.

Poor service and neglect resulting in work that is not up to par and damageI bought my new car on June 13th and wanted my windows tinted so I brought it here on Monday, June 15th. We payed around 265 dollars. The tint was done poorly as the front drivers side window had streaks in it. We come back a week later b/c he told us it might work itself out. How that was supposed to happen I don't know. We set a time up for my wife to take the car back to him and told him we needed to make sure he could do it at this time b/c it was tough for her to get off of work. Once she got there, he said he didn't have the tint to do the job. You can imagine how inconvenient this was. She had to come back the next day and he said he could have it done within 30 minutes. She was there a little over an hour and a half. During this time when they took the door panel off they messed up something in the anti theft deterrent system and the whole car shut down. They eventually got it fixed but you can imagine how upsetting that was. In late July we noticed streaks in the front passenger side window. I was so fed up I just decided to let it slide. However, on this past Saturday night August the 8th when my wife rolled down the back passenger window we heard crackling. The tint was peeling off the window. My wife and I had been very nice to this point and so I decided to go visit [redacted] myself. I was obviously really upset when I went in to see him. He got upset right back with me and when I told him I had a right to be upset because this was our fourth trip and all the other issues we had, he tried to say I was making everything up. One of his employees reminded him about the situation and he seemed to remember all of a sudden. Now, he did apologize for saying I made it up and he did give my wife 50 dollars back for her returned trip on the second issue we had. So, I give him credit for that but he should not have gotten rude with me when I came in. I never yelled or cursed but I did raise my voice above a normal tone but it was reasonable for someone who was upset and felt like their issues were not being resolved up to this point. They should have listened to me and then said they would take care of the issues instead of letting their ego's get hurt and trying to bow back up at me. This was not the way to handle it but we worked through that and shook hands. I simply said I wanted it done right so we could all move forward. I showed him the streaks in the front right passenger side and where it was peeling on the back right passenger side. He said he would repair them and a spot he found on the back left passenger side. We left it around 10:45 on Monday the 10th of August. When we returned at 5:30 that same day he had not repaired the front passenger window b/c he said he couldn't see it in his shop. Personally, I think this was just unacceptable. He says he has 21 years experience. How can someone with that much time under his belt make this many mistakes? For the record, the front passenger window still has two small streaks and a small bubble in the tint. At NO point since June 15th, has the tint ever been done right. This last time when he redid the tint on the front passenger window he showed us a scratch on the window before he placed the new tint b/c he wanted us to see it was a scratch and not something in the tint itself. He says that he did not do it. I know for a fact that the scratch was not there when we took it to him. I obviously cant prove he did it on purpose but it does make you wonder if he did. I do know it happened under his watch which of course he denies. This car is brand new. I feel like this was done because we kept complaining. Our complaints about service were legitimate however and this whole experience has been very disheartening. He admitted on the last two occasions that he felt rushed. I don't know why because we never rushed him. We just wanted the job done that we paid for.Desired SettlementWe would like at this point to get a full refund minus the fifty dollars that he already refunded back to my wife and we would like the scratch repaired on the front passenger window. A glass repair person may be able to take care of this. Then we can all part ways amicably and move forward. Like I said, the tint has at NO point ever been done right and the car left his shop in a worse condition that when it entered.Business Response /[redacted]/I would like to say sorry for the late response, business has been busy this summer so I didn't get a chance to check my email as much, my apologies sincerely. My understanding of [redacted] when he first came in, with no introduction, his language was aggressive, he went complaining about everything that was going in his life. Some of things that were going on with his wife, someone ran over his mail box, etc. and things which had absolutely nothing to do with window tint. At that point, I didn't know who this guy was not to mention there so many people that comes in every day and all day that I am not able to recognize without any clear introduction. Now about the tint work. Everything went fine, yes Ive been tinting for 21 years plus years, my reviews speaks well for that. I will admit that there were one window that needed to be re-tinted, all the others was made up base on how he deals with things in life. However, the passenger window that he wanted re-tinted the scratch was on the outside of that window, which I showed it to him so that he could see that it was not on our end. I'm not in the business of damaging customers windows or cars, as a matter of fact I take pride in my workmanship as well as taking great care of all of my customers vehicle always. The $50 was given to his wife from me because of the inconvenience to the fact that she mention that she would be getting home late to cook dinner for her husband, so I offered to give the money to take him out to dinner. But when in the process of re-tinting, he kept calling and for some reason she would not answer her phone. Lastly if I knew that it would have result to this then a refund I would offered, Although,I still couldn't make this man any happier there has to be some deeper issues that are going on and I wish the best for him. My Regards[redacted] Accu Pro Window Tinting LLC. Consumer Response /[redacted]/I most certainly was not aggressive when first coming into this place of business. That is just complete garbage. I stand behind everything I said and it is absolutely 100 percent true. I didn't get aggressive until it took repeated efforts to get the windows fixed and it was certainly more than one window. That is just a flat out lie. I was not complaining about everything g in life. It had simply been a rough week and I had shared those details. He is trying to paint a negative picture of me while steering away from the facts. I did not do that. He is deflecting. His attitude towards me was terrible. I never mentioned anything going on with my wife. I did mention the mailbox. The only issue my wife had was poor customer service at this location and her losing time away from work. She was upset about that and THAT IS the reason he offered her the refund. I think her issues with him were certainly relevent. Excuse me for thinking I couldn't talk about anything but window tinting but he doesn't seem to be able to do that either. Maybe he should talk MORE about it. It seems this gentlemen wants to make things personal instead of sticking to the issues. He can call me himself if he would like to do that. He got very personal and defensive when I finally got upset about all the issues instead of just doing the right thing.Hr had to let his friend speak for him as well instead of talking to me himself a big part of the time. Trust me, he knew who I was. He knows his customers also. I work in the service industry and I don't buy that. Everything was most certainly not fine. He knows nothing about me so how he thinks I deal with things I don't understand. I usually don't complain because most people do the work they say they are going to do and as far as reviews several of the sales people at [redacted] told me they had heard similar bad reports and they won't be recommending him anymore. For him to make this assumption instead of sticking with the facts should tell you everything you need to know about this situation. He is simply not a good person. My window was not like that before I took it to him. Period! To attack me without knowing me instead of dealing with the issue is a joke. I woukd have been nice had he done a good service. Why wouldn't I? He never had any intention. of offering a refund and told me so. The only one that has issues is [redacted]. My issue was trusting him to do the job he said he was going to do. Stick to the window tinting.
