I went on line and used the U.SNews Best Price Program Sun Toyota responded with a "GUARANTEED SAVINGS CERTIFICATE" as well as prompt phone call follow-up We also exchanged emails to clarify details of my prospective auto purchase As we live more than an hour away I wanted to make sure I had all the facts Upon arrival it turned out that Sun Toyota did not have the car for which they provided a documented, firm, guaranteed price I don't see how any business can give a customer a documented, firm price on something they don't have to sell you I was also told they could not get that car from another dealer because the price quote was only good for in-stock vehicleswhich they didn't have??? Not too surprising we dealt on a vehicle that was almost $more, out-the-door This experience was awful
This location is Horrible!!!!...spended hours in this place with a baby and I felt like they didnt give a crap about me after they saw my credit and ever before this experience...they dont give a crap about people with bad credit like they claim to be...they need notbto promote to deal with bad credit people when they are not! They didnt even try to do anything...my time was wasted in this place...then I called back to actually get an aswer about something that I left comfused about it and the supervisor that I talked to told me that he is going to call me back and never did...then I call back again and the same situation!...they dont care about people like me...they only deal with rich people...I left devastated out of that place!!!! They need not to promote bad credit ok when they do care
In Decafter the salesman *** told us the price of the car we chose, he took all our personal information He than prints out the paperwork and the price jumped $I asked if he was kidding?
In February we tried againAfter agreeing on a price with salesman Rich Sand sales mgr*** ** we made a 1:apptfor the next day to do the paperworkDone deal ,right? Not at Sun Toyota.!! minutes before our scheduled apptR.Scalls to inform me that someone JUST walked in and bought the car .He said they were doing the paperwork as we spokeThis is the most unethical business we've ever dealt withNever again! Buyers beware! Check out complaints against Sun Toyota on other websites
If I could give ZERO stars I would but you're forced to put at least 1. This dealership is full of employees who are rude and difficult to deal with. We went to Sun in August of 2014 because they mailed us a "pre-approved" letter. When we met with the salesman he basically wouldn't show us anything except the 2014 Camry even when I told him it was more expensive than we would like, he said "they could make it work", we spent HOURS with him while they tried to put a deal together and when they couldn't make the numbers work after almost 4 hours (plus an hour drive there) we left. Fast forward to March 2015 where I get pulled over for having a "stolen tag" and come to find out that they transferred my tag before we even signed any paperwork and then NEVER transferred it back! I called and left messages for someone to call me back, no call back. Then I call and get Donald in accounting on the line and he is rude with me, the person who was treated like a criminal for THEIR mistake. This is one of the absolute worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, I would NEVER recommend them. I have told everyone I know to stay far, far away from them and I will continue to do so. Save yourself a lot of trouble and headache and go somewhere else. I ended up buying a car recently from Crown Kia and they were amazing, a completely different experience and it went so much better than with Sun.
On 10/11/16 my family and I went to Sun Toyota. Our salesman " Eddie C. " was OUTSTANDING. I am disabled and can not walk very far, and I am a large man. Every car that I was interested in Eddie brought up right by the door and had the seat and steering wheel adjusted for me and my size. When I got to hot he gave me bottles of cold water. He answered every question I had, and they were many. They were all pleasant, helpful, kind, nice, and honest. They worked with me to fit my budget without any problem. And yes my budget was slim. I am not rich. I LOVE my 2011 Toyota Camry and I recommend Sun Toyota and salesman Eddie C. Don't listen to the negative reviews, I did not find them correct at all.
