If I could give ZERO stars I would but you're forced to put at least This dealership is full of employees who are rude and difficult to deal withWe went to Sun in August of because they mailed us a "pre-approved" letterWhen we met with the salesman he basically wouldn't show us anything except the Camry even when I told him it was more expensive than we would like, he said "they could make it work", we spent HOURS with him while they tried to put a deal together and when they couldn't make the numbers work after almost hours (plus an hour drive there) we leftFast forward to March where I get pulled over for having a "stolen tag" and come to find out that they transferred my tag before we even signed any paperwork and then NEVER transferred it back! I called and left messages for someone to call me back, no call backThen I call and get Donald in accounting on the line and he is rude with me, the person who was treated like a criminal for THEIR mistakeThis is one of the absolute worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, I would NEVER recommend themI have told everyone I know to stay far, far away from them and I will continue to do soSave yourself a lot of trouble and headache and go somewhere elseI ended up buying a car recently from Crown Kia and they were amazing, a completely different experience and it went so much better than with Sun
On 10/11/my family and I went to Sun ToyotaOur salesman " Eddie C" was OUTSTANDINGI am disabled and can not walk very far, and I am a large manEvery car that I was interested in Eddie brought up right by the door and had the seat and steering wheel adjusted for me and my sizeWhen I got to hot he gave me bottles of cold waterHe answered every question I had, and they were manyThey were all pleasant, helpful, kind, nice, and honestThey worked with me to fit my budget without any problemAnd yes my budget was slimI am not richI LOVE my Toyota Camry and I recommend Sun Toyota and salesman Eddie CDon't listen to the negative reviews, I did not find them correct at all
