Accu-tax

To whom it may concern,This complaint surfaced from a miscommunication between the customer and myself. The customer elected not to e-file her taxes, and was supplied with the required signed forms and pre-addressed envelopes needed to self-mail her income tax returns. It came to my attention...

some time later, that she had assumed the opposite, and that Accutax had e-filed for her.  This was not the case. The customer attempted to contact Accutax on a Friday afternoon, and filed her Revdex.com complaint on the same day, before I could return her call. I have since contacted the customer and we seem unable to reach a mutually satisfying resolution. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
