Review: So here some the facts Accu-tile was contracted on 6-**-2015 to replace kitchen tiles and install granite countertops in the bathroom. There have been several appointment's made in which I had to take off from work and essentially no one showed most recent of which was August [redacted] in which some one was supposed to show at 900 am and then maybe between 330 and 400 ect.

The tile job was [redacted] in a word there are still some uneven tiles and one tile installed with chips in it pointed out to Richard some time ago. Spare tiles on the job was not given and hence the chipped tiles was not replaced. The grout installed is falling out of some places and the edging was not done. In some sections tiled was set some 3 inches from the cabinets. Edging was not completed and is still not completed given the fact that the deposit was cashed on 6-**-15 and still not completed as of 8/**/15

We are in the process of getting another contractor to finish the job which was started and do not want ACCU tile since it obvious that this job is not a priority based on the fact it was contracted in June several appointments were made and cancelled and not completed. It should take on or two days to complete the job and not months. This is simply not reasonableDesired Settlement: We would like a refund of the deposit so that we may get a contractor in there to completely rip up the tile and install it in the correct manor.

At the very minimum we would like several tiles delivered to our residence so that we can contract some one else to fix the chipped tile which was installed and so that we have spare tiles in event that tiles need to be replaced which I believe is common business practice.

Contractors as a matter of course generally order 10 to 20 percent more than the job requires so that this should not be a big issue.

Also since the job is not completed were are not paying the remainder since we need to find another contractor to fix the issues with the tile install and complete the install on the granite counter tops
