The team at Accunet Mortgage guided me through a once in a lifetime real estate transaction that could very well have ended in disaster for me and my family.

Accunet's title company exposed a $1.3MM U.S. Government lien on a property in which I signed an offer to purchase. This finding occurred after the seller's agent provided evidence of clear title.

Thanks to everyone at Accunet for their attention to detail, unsurpassed customer service, and relentless pursuit to do things right, we are now in our home with a true clear title.

I have done several transactions with Accunet Mortgage. Every interaction has been great. From application to closing, their team has worked hard to exceed expectations. Their diligence and timely turnaround has been instrumental in many of my real estate purchases.

Leveraged Accunet as a mortgage broker and paid up front fees for appraisal etc. Accunet chose the lender that they felt met our needs and in the end, the lender they chose not to underwrite our mortgage because they were not satisfied with the appraisal and corresponding comparables of even though we were refinancing with 40%+ equity and were willing to put down more equity. We had to drive the whole process with Accunet and stay on top of them including multiple follow ups on the appraisal that shorted us over 1,800 square feet. Accunet left us with the option to try another lender but that we would have to pay appraisal fees all over again. Based on my experience, Accunet provided no value and I am out money. Not sure what their value proposition is to their customers...

It was a great experience and an easy one. With all the recent changes to the mortgage lending laws Accunet made it simple and fun. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a home mortgage.
