ACCUPRINT

Hello.  An ordered was placed for Simon G[redacted]'s school portrait with VIP on 11/7/16.  We printed and shipped it to the customers home address on 11/8/16.  Our customer service representative checked the address listed on this complaint that was recieved today and noticed that we...

sent the package to Unit D and it should have been Unit B.  The packaged has not been returned to us yet.  We placed a new order, extra product and issued a refund to Angela S[redacted] today.  It will be delivered to her home before Friday 12/2.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Thank you.
