Review: They guarantee 100% satisfaction. Less than 2 years after they repaired our roof, we experienced several ceiling leaks. Their customer service is horrible & they constantly asked exactly who performed the repair as if implying a different business was responsible. (I have the receipt and date of service.) After a terrible thunderstorm this summer, the owner [redacted] repeatedly dodged our phone calls and made repeated excuses regarding any representative coming to check the roof. They don't seem to be concerned with guaranteeing their work after they've been paid. Prior to this summer we had to other instances where they needed to come and repair damages that occurred after their initial repair. It took several calls explaining the same situation before they came to fix the winter (2014) repairs. BUYERS BEWARE!!Desired Settlement: A visit to assess the damage and an estimate on when the issue can be repaired is what we expected. It is terrible that it has come to this.

Review: Our fence was put up on Tuesday July 29 th by Accu-pro fencing. Prior to having the fence put up, [redacted] came out to give us a quote. I specifically asked that I did not want gaps at the bottom of the fence that a small dog could fit under. We noticed a few problems with the fence and how it was put up. Some gaps were made that I was told would not be there and some parts of the fence are crooked. After calling the owner of the company, [redacted], he came out to look at the fence. I advised him of these problems and stated "well there must of been a reason these were done like this, my guys are the best" He then advised me he will not have anyone lower the front gates because that is how they do it and basically does not care what I say, the person paying him. His attitude was un called for and is not a good business man, great sales man though, makes you think everything will look great. Did not honor the fact that I want these problems fixed after paying him a lot of money. Stated my guys will be out next week, which is not very reassuring. I want these problems fixed!Desired Settlement: All I want is to have these problems repaired and I will be happy. After all, 4,300 dollars is a big expense too be unhappy with the final product.
