This is a duplicate complaint....patient has had his financing issues resolved and is aware we are more than happy to take care of him going forward out of our Gastonia clinicWe have also partnered with a non-accuquest clinic in Shelby that the patient can see as well and is aware ofNo further action is required

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am very frustrated with this company and their ability to improve my hearing The reason they feel it is past their refund period is because they did not listen when I explained over and over that I wanted a refund They continually made me try this adjustment or that adjustment I want my refund that I am entitled to The history of my visits to their office shows that they have not tired to rectify this situation I have done everything they asked of me I want my refund Sincerely, [redacted]

Unfortunately that is not what warranty means when it pertains to hearing aidsBy law when a hearing aid is sold the patient has the right to return it within the first daysWe understand that special circumstances occur from time to time and allow up to days to returnIt is far past that time and we cannot accept a return at this point in timeWe can and will continue to provide care and service to the best of our abilities as long as we are allowed to by your motherIf she has found another practitioner that she likes better or feels is providing better hearing health care, I am happy for her, but that does not change the fact that the hearing aids she purchased cannot be returnedThe warranty on hearing aids is generally 2-years (years for AccuQuest) and covers damage to the hearing aid and repairs that cannot be made in the officeIt does not allow for returns or money back outside of the state mandated 30-day time frame.Again, we are happy to continue to provide service to your mother and will gladly see her at another clinic if she doesn't wish to see our Camp Hill practitioner again, but that is all we can do at this point.Thank you,AccuQuest Management

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the hearing aid is still under warranty so that should mean I can get my mothers money backI have already purchased new aids for her from a Drthat really cares about her hearingMy mother paid $for something that had to be replaced times and ended up not workingThis is ship shoddy workThe product you sell is worthless, continues to fail, and had to be placed times in yearsWhat does that say about Accuquest products? After checking with our office where this patient was seen, we are happy to have him come back and in and find out exactly what the challenges areI have a problem simply replacing the hearing aids as this patient has not come in for year for service or anythingWe have not received one call stating the issues that were outlined in this complaintWe are happy to service the hearing aids to the best of our ability and have this patient hear as well as he possibly can with the hearing aids he purchased a few years agoOur practitioner is reaching out to schedule a visit to resolve these complaints.Thank you, [redacted] ***
