Accuracy Plumbing & Heating had installed my Furnace, Hot Water Heater and an Air Conditioner and the Air Consitioner leaks more water than it should.Accuracy Plumbing & Heating had installed my new Furnace, Hot Water Heater, and Air Conditoner in November of 2014. When I first turned on ten Air Conditoner in May of 2015, I had noticed it was leaking quite a bit of condensation in my basement. I had called [redacted] who said he would come out and look at them, however, he has not. As time went on last summer it began to leak more and more condensation and puddles were forming in my basement. I had called him numerous times and it was excuse after excuse to not come. At the end of the season, he still had not come out to look at the concern, but he said he would come out the next summer and I have not heard from him since. As of today, 23 July, the Air Conditioner is still leaving puddles in my basement and [redacted] has not come out to look at the problem. I had contacted [redacted] this past Monday, 18 July 2016 when he said he would do his best to make it out at the end of the week. As Friday came around and I have not heard from him, I called again and got a voicemail, I left a voice make and he has yet to call me back regarding the concern of his installation. [redacted] Desired SettlementI would like [redacted] to come out and repair the Air Conditioner he and his crew installed.
