I called on a weekend to book an appointmentI was a bit surprised that they answered, but grateful to book an appointment They told me to leave my keys outside for them (which I was not comfortable to do)They would not work with my schedule so I had to take half a day off work to be there to let them inUnfortunately they didn't show up during the appointmentI called to ask where they were and was told they knew nothing about the appointment, but they would call me backThey never called back
