No defective parts were installedThe drain was blocked and I saw the sink fill up when the dishwasher drainedNo refund is due
Installed a brand new factory sealed pump and motor to replace the failed pump and motor in this 25 year old dishwasher. Unit tested fine. When she called back a month later said it was not drawing completely. I ran the dishwasher and it filled the sink about halfway. I have never agreed to any...
refund for this customer and I have a receipt from my parts supplier showing I purchased a brand new, genuine GE part for this GE dishwasher. It is entirely possible something else on this dishwasher failed after I performed the initial repair but I installed a brand new part to replace a part which had broken.

I am rejecting this response because:
I called back a week later and my repeated calls were ignored. The sink never filled with water. The outside plumber I paid attested that the drains were clear and [redacted] received a copy of the plumber's statement and bill as he requested. David at [redacted] requested copies of the front and back of checks which I faxed to him. No refund ever came. I also spoke to [redacted] at [redacted] who also failed along with David to reach Peter. On 5/10/17 they said I needed a timer for $200.00. They never called to say the part was in or who would come to install it. Fed up with this run around I had a GE repairman to look at the machine. I was told the flap on the motor was bad causing the buildup of water in the bottom of the machine. He said the machine did not need a timer. I finally bought a new dishwasher and I am seeking a refund for the defective parts installed and labor.
