In April my account was accessed fraudulently without my knowledgeThe account was drained and Landings issued a line of credit without my knowledge to cover overdrawn amountsEventually, the bank suspected fraudulent charges and put in a hold on the account, but again I was not informedI was not aware of any of this until JuneI received a letter at the end of May saying a $ [redacted] payment on the line of credit was overdue; however, I misplaced this letter before having the chance to open it so I was not made aware of the unauthorized charges and unauthorized line of credit until a second letter in June with a threat from collectionsNow the bank wants me to pay back the $ [redacted] line of creditI was stolen from, my accounts (checking and savings) drained of my money, but the bank says I cannot issue a fraud claim because it has been daysIn June, I missed a call from Landings but was unaware it was urgent as the message was just "This is LandingsPlease contact us about your

Let me start off by saying I have been a member (when it was TSCU) for over yearsIn fact, I remember opening my first checking account here when I was in high school Back then the customer service was top notch and the tellers were so friendly which was one of the reasons I was so loyal to the credit union I moved out of state years ago, but I kept a small savings account open as I do visit from time to time The statements have continued to come to my mom's house all these yearsLong story short, my account was evidently deemed "inactive" two years ago and they have been charging me a $5/month fee for the past two years Additionally, I am being charged a $5/month fee for receiving a paper statementWhat?? I had no idea as I don't ever see the statements and I couldn't believe they were essentially depleting my savings $120/year at a timeOnce I realized this was happening, I spoke with someone on the phone, who rudely told me these fees were in the fine print when I opened my account and that she would not be reversing any of themShe actually recommended that I close my account, which I was more than happy to do I realize the banking industry is trying to find creative ways to boost earnings, but nickel and diming small accounts with outrageous fees is not the way to do it Furthermore, I expect a higher level of customer service from a credit union, which was severely lacking here

The [redacted] s came in for repairs on the front of their carI explained the service we provideHis insurance was trying to force us to use aftermarket parts, so we fought them and got those changed to oemThey try to curb the market by shorting the prevailing rates for the market areathey shorted his final bill by $I explained that if he submits that to the insurance they will reimburse himNothing was for "specialty" anything other than fight for our customer rightsAll of this was made very clear on the initial estimate which is why he scheduled with us after getting other estimatesWhen the vehicle was completed, he picked up his vehicle and paid the shortage by his insuranceAfter he had left, he returned with some cleaner residue on his interior trim panel, which I offered to take care of, and he refused saying it was no big deal and he can take care ofThe headlamp assembly was not working upon return as wellThere is a two stage clip that retains the plug to the unitIt was not fully seated to the second stageWe instantly took the vehicle around into the shop and had it rectified in minutesof course we apologized for him having to come back for thathe then asked me if the Vemblem had showed up yet, which was on back order, and I called the dealer to confirm a date on itHe was sitting there when I did thisI told him they said we were still a few days outwhen he called back to follow up, I called the dealer and they did not show it outstanding but had no part invoiced to usthey re-ordered and I had told Mr [redacted] the day to come in since he was going out of town Yesterday, he shows up with new damage to his bumper and tried to play if off that we had not completed the repairshis vehicle was completed and left a month ago to the dayNever once, in any of my multiple conversations with him, was any concern mentionedI personally walked out and went over the final repair with him when he had picked it up and he was very happyRandy, our estimator, invited him out into the shop and showed him the new damage on his bumperwe put all brand new bumper parts onthere is no reason for there to be any damage if it was not hit againEvery time the customer came in, he was super chillthrowing fist bumps, always responding with its all good, take your timeNever once did we have issuenow that there is new damage, it seems they are looking for a way to cover it I understand the headlight issue and the residue from the cleaner not being fully wiped off, but in both instances, we rectified it, or offered to, immediately stopping everything to take care of it right thenThe cost difference was made aware from the very beginning of the repairI made it very clear that Geico would short it and try to impose parts not made by the manufacturerWe did our best to advocate his rights with his insuranceThat $is due to him, but from his insurance company who he has his policy withI told him how to go about submitting it with them when he picked up on his completion dateTo me, this seems more as a claim to get money than anything, as we went out of the industry norm to try to take care of him as we do with any customeras you can understand, this came as a surprise to us Justin L***

Review: I brought my wrecked car to Accurate Auto Body & Paint and over a span of a couple of weeks have given [redacted] (the owner) $4900 for the repair of my car. He promised he would have the work done but over a span of 2 months, little was done to the car. I got my uncle involved who brought a mechanic friend over to tow my car to have it done elsewhere. The mechanic friend was able to discredit much of the work he claimed to have done because the original screws are left untouched. The mechanic friend estimated that they've done about $500 worth of work. In the span of two months, he did not buy a single part for the repair job. We are willing to give him $900 for the work (or lack thereof) that has been done. We are seeking a refund of $4000 and they are only offering a $1000 refund. We've made numerous attempts to work with the company to resolve this but each time we came to him to get an itemized list of work he's done so we can negotiate a fair price for the work done, the owner would make up excuses why he couldn't do it. We've given him a week to resolve this and he's flaked out on 3 schedule appointments already. I need the refund to pay the other mechanic to fix my car.Desired Settlement: Get a refund of $4000 of the $4900 paid for work not performed.
