& I did speak about the overspray in the door jambsI
agreed to Remove itI was not sure if it was from our shop or a prior
repairI just Wanted to fix the problemAt this time I had just hired a
new painter who I know is very good and one of the best painters out there
This truck was In very bad shape with rust at the bottom of the doors,
rocker panels And bedsidesWe at accurate take great pride in our work
No, I was not Satisfied with the first repairBut *** is not totally
truthful with the Revdex.com or accurate autoYes, he had reason to ask that some
things be CorrectedWhen the truck was painted after his complaints
the new painter done a great job*** looked the truck over
thoroughly and Was very satisfied with it.The pictures he posted showing this is what he got back is
an insult to me And everyone that worked on this truck. As for shop supplies I always use top quality materials from
either Autobody supply or ohio auto kolor.I started working in this trade when I was in the service
and learned at an early age that short cuts will get you in trouble. At this time I am willing to reimburse mr*** for amount
due on the Car rental, the second time the vehicle was in the shop, and
am requesting A copy of the invoice that was handed to Nate

On September when I brought my concerns about the workmanship and quality of the bodywork that Accurate Auto Center performed to Harry, he promised to take care of the rental bill while my truck was back into the shop to have his proposed fix completedI was advised by Patty that she spoke with "Mike at Enterprise" and that all I would have to do is make the arrangements and that Accurate would pay the billUnfortunately, I spoke to Mike at Enterprise, the Tussing Rdlocation and he had no recollection of the conversation and since Accurate didn't participate in direct billing with Enterprise, I would be financially responsible for the rental bill and would have to seek reimbursementWhich is what I did when I presented Nate on December with the bills from Enterprise. Accurate had my truck from November through December and for half of that time it sat in their garageWhen I refused the truck, the wet sanding fix was haphazardly completed and the overspray problems weren't fixedTo this day my door still rattles when I open itThis is after paying an additional dollars to have a part (for an invoice I never received, either.) I did not address my new concerns because they a) used some type of body adhesive to attach some emblems back on to my truck that I cannot remove without damaging the paint, b) the new paint from the November-December stint is starting to chip and flake in places, c) apparently a cheaper clear coat was used on my truck. As for the original duration that my truck was at Accurate last summer July-August I gave them up to a monthOn numerous occasions Accurate promised me a completion date sooner than thatIn fact, they were three weeks late in delivering my truckWhen I went to complain to Harry about the body work he informed me that he had hired two people and fired those same people the very day my truck was picked upI can only speculate why no one bothered to ensure my truck was fine and even more so why a company who my family conducted business with for nearly years has not fulfilled their financial obligation to repay the cost of the rental

When [redacted] left his truck at the shop it was with the
understanding to take whatever time was necessary to perform repairs.  The additional repairs far exceeded the
lenght of time the insurance would pay for the car rental.  [redacted] wasn't concerned about that because he
had...

another vehicle.  During the process
of repair his second vehicle broke down and he was required to extend the
length of his car rental.  Since accurate
auto was in the middle of repairing the truck the only option was to
"rush" the repair.  The end
result was not favorable (to the shop as well as [redacted]).  In the interim [redacted] was reimbursed $486.44
of the original car rental.  When [redacted]
returned to address his concerns the 2nd time and refused delivery of his
truck.  Accurate auto decided that the
best solution (after meeting with the painter) was to remedy the flaws in the
paint work & refinish the exterior of the entire truck.  At the time of the pick up [redacted] appeared to
be satisfied with the repair and received his vehicle. The reason the driver's door was repaired
instead of replaced was so that the money saved could be applied to the
additional repair, which was agreed with [redacted].
Accurate auto did their best to satisfy [redacted].  Harry (owner) has been doing business with
this family for over thirty years.  If
[redacted] had stepped forward with additional concerns, they would have been
addressed
