of the window glass, the door handle just fell apart because of age. He repaired it, but the consumer was not happy and felt he had also damaged the door panel during the work. Although he did not feel responsible, the business agreed to purchase and install a used door panel. He also bought a new switch for the driver side mirror. He never worked on the passenger side mirror and will not pay to fix it. He has done everything the consumer paid for. He did not do any work that would have caused the passenger side mirror to stop working, and he will not pay for that repair.
