I hired Accurate Auto Glass to replace my front windshield on my SUV after doing a search online for auto glass repair companies in and around the Broomfield, Colorado area They were very polite on the phone and were able to set up the install for the next morning at my place of work I asked the woman on the phone numerous times about the pricing of the windshield Every time (and I asked multiple times on the phone call) I asked she informed me that the price would be $ I verified with her that that included taxes, labor, parts, everything and she said yes At the end of the conversation I again said to her "Ok, so when I get charged and I look at my credit card statement I will see the charge of $220, nothing additional?" and she said "Yes, you will only see the charge of $nothing more." I was contacted the next morning by the dispatcher in Colorado saying they would arrive between and The technician was prompt and arrived at 9: The technician seemed very rushed I asked him if I should stay outside while he is completing the install and he said no I went inside and I waited for him to let me know that the install was complete It took him about minutes to complete When I went outside to look at the install the window looked great, however, when I look at my seat on the drivers side I noticed that there was a hole in the seat with the leather bunched up and the stuffing from the seat poking through I also noticed a inch long scratch mark leading up to the hole and a separate puncture hold the size of a pen head I pointed those out to the technician and he said he didn't know where they came from and that maybe they were there before and I just didn't notice (the leather and the stuffing were sticking up, I would have noticed) I informed him that they were not there when I drove the car to work that morning He started to walk away and I asked him how I was supposed to resolve that and he said "I don't know call the number that you booked the appointment through." I called the number and told them what had happened They said that they would call the technician see what he said and then call me back They did not call me back and I ended up having to call them back The man I talked to said that the technician hadn't called him back so he had no information to provide me with In the mean time I checked my credit card account to see if I had in fact been charged, even though I was disputing their services They did charge me and actually they charged me $231, even though the woman I spoke with initially informed me that they would not charge more than $ So, I called them back and asked them why I was charged $when I was told I would only be charged $ The man that I spoke with was rude on the phone and informed me that I was charged more because of taxes I informed him that the woman told me that the $was inclusive of taxes and that I wouldn't be charged anything additional The man told me that she must have been confused and that there wasn't anything they could do about the additional amount that I was charged I was contacted by the dispatcher in Colorado about the tear and puncture hole in my seat He informed me that he spoke with his technician and his technician did not recall seeing the hole before or after the install He mentioned on the phone that his technician was honest and that he wouldn't lie about it, almost implying that I would I informed him that I did not make the tear and puncture hole in my seat He finally agreed to come out and look at the tear and the hole He came out and looked at the hole and the tear the following morning He took pictures and said that he wouldn't have any information until the main office looked at the pictures He did ask me how I would want to resolve this issue I told him that I wasn't sure that I hadn't talked it over with my husband The man then pointed out that there was wear and tear on my seat and made it seem like it would be ridiculous for me to request them to repair the seat because of the wear and tear I informed him that of course there's wear and tear, it's a vehicle I had to explain to him the difference between my wear and tear and the hole and tear that was created from their service on my glass He took pictures and left I was called the next day by the dispatcher and was informed that the company was giving me four optionsThey could buy me custom seat covers, they could try and see if they could get the hole and tear patched, they could look into trying to find a replacement for the bottom part of the seat or they would give me $ We talked with the dispatched and asked if they could just simply refund us the purchase price of the windshield because after calling around the price to replace the just that section of the leather would be about $500-$ The dispatcher said that he could do that and that he just needed to get approval from the main office We asked him to call us back to verify that that would be completed He did not call back I had to call him back and ask him where things were at and he said that he couldn't refund the window and that my only options were the ones that he gave me I told him that I was extremely disappointed in this company and their service and their lack of willingness to work with me and fix the problem that they createdI informed him that I did not feel the options they gave me were an adequate response to their mistake For them to say that they would "try" to patch it or "try" to find a bottom piece that would match I felt was a slap in the face How about not make a hole and tear in my seat in the beginning I ended up taking the $refund because I did not have the time nor the energy to fight when a difficult company any more especially being that I am weeks pregnant Also, I couldn't be without a vehicle for them to fix their mistake this close to my due date I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely try to encourage others to not go through this company They are shady and their customer service is horrendous

Revdex.com spoke with the business over the phoneThe business stated that everything was done according the contract, and there is nothing further that they are going to do for the consumer

Called very friendly customer service number for quote on auto glass.
Chose to go with this company and that was my first mistake, I recieved a thank you for choosing us email stating I would be contacted by the installer/tech between 8-9 local on the day of my install. At 9:30 with no call, I called the 1888 number back and was told by the rep she would contact the tech and let me know in about 10 minutes. I called back at 1100 yes, about an hour and 20 min past when they said they would call me to be told the tech broke my replacement glass while in transit and the would express another glass out so it could be completed the next day. well when I called again at 1:30 and was disconnected after 13 min on hold I called again at 1:43 and was told that the manager had spoke with the tech and he couldn't come out to me because I was too far out of his work area for the next day. So I have cancelled my transaction and will recommend on every platform available not to chose this business. And I have the phone records to support all of my facts. Do not go with this service if you have any anticipated timetable for the new auto glass.

I hired Accurate Auto Glass to replace my front windshield on my SUV after doing a search online for auto glass repair companies in and around the Broomfield, Colorado area. They were very polite on the phone and were able to set up the install for the next morning at my place of work. I asked the woman on the phone numerous times about the pricing of the windshield. Every time (and I asked multiple times on the phone call) I asked she informed me that the price would be $220. I verified with her that that included taxes, labor, parts, everything and she said yes. At the end of the conversation I again said to her "Ok, so when I get charged and I look at my credit card statement I will see the charge of $220, nothing additional?" and she said "Yes, you will only see the charge of $220 nothing more."
I was contacted the next morning by the dispatcher in Colorado saying they would arrive between 9 and 10. The technician was prompt and arrived at 9:30. The technician seemed very rushed. I asked him if I should stay outside while he is completing the install and he said no. I went inside and I waited for him to let me know that the install was complete. It took him about 20 minutes to complete. When I went outside to look at the install the window looked great, however, when I look at my seat on the drivers side I noticed that there was a hole in the seat with the leather bunched up and the stuffing from the seat poking through. I also noticed a 2 inch long scratch mark leading up to the hole and a separate puncture hold the size of a pen head. I pointed those out to the technician and he said he didn't know where they came from and that maybe they were there before and I just didn't notice (the leather and the stuffing were sticking up, I would have noticed). I informed him that they were not there when I drove the car to work that morning. He started to walk away and I asked him how I was supposed to resolve that and he said "I don't know call the number that you booked the appointment through."
I called the number and told them what had happened. They said that they would call the technician see what he said and then call me back. They did not call me back and I ended up having to call them back. The man I talked to said that the technician hadn't called him back so he had no information to provide me with.
In the mean time I checked my credit card account to see if I had in fact been charged, even though I was disputing their services. They did charge me and actually they charged me $231, even though the woman I spoke with initially informed me that they would not charge more than $220. So, I called them back and asked them why I was charged $231 when I was told I would only be charged $220. The man that I spoke with was rude on the phone and informed me that I was charged more because of taxes. I informed him that the woman told me that the $220 was inclusive of taxes and that I wouldn't be charged anything additional. The man told me that she must have been confused and that there wasn't anything they could do about the additional amount that I was charged.
I was contacted by the dispatcher in Colorado about the tear and puncture hole in my seat. He informed me that he spoke with his technician and his technician did not recall seeing the hole before or after the install. He mentioned on the phone that his technician was honest and that he wouldn't lie about it, almost implying that I would. I informed him that I did not make the tear and puncture hole in my seat. He finally agreed to come out and look at the tear and the hole.
He came out and looked at the hole and the tear the following morning. He took pictures and said that he wouldn't have any information until the main office looked at the pictures. He did ask me how I would want to resolve this issue. I told him that I wasn't sure that I hadn't talked it over with my husband. The man then pointed out that there was wear and tear on my seat and made it seem like it would be ridiculous for me to request them to repair the seat because of the wear and tear. I informed him that of course there's wear and tear, it's a 2005 vehicle. I had to explain to him the difference between my wear and tear and the hole and tear that was created from their service on my glass. He took pictures and left.
I was called the next day by the dispatcher and was informed that the company was giving me four options. They could buy me custom seat covers, they could try and see if they could get the hole and tear patched, they could look into trying to find a replacement for the bottom part of the seat or they would give me $120. We talked with the dispatched and asked if they could just simply refund us the purchase price of the windshield because after calling around the price to replace the just that section of the leather would be about $500-$600. The dispatcher said that he could do that and that he just needed to get approval from the main office. We asked him to call us back to verify that that would be completed. He did not call back.
I had to call him back and ask him where things were at and he said that he couldn't refund the window and that my only options were the ones that he gave me. I told him that I was extremely disappointed in this company and their service and their lack of willingness to work with me and fix the problem that they created. I informed him that I did not feel the options they gave me were an adequate response to their mistake. For them to say that they would "try" to patch it or "try" to find a bottom piece that would match I felt was a slap in the face. How about not make a hole and tear in my seat in the beginning. I ended up taking the $120 refund because I did not have the time nor the energy to fight when a difficult company any more especially being that I am 38 weeks pregnant. Also, I couldn't be without a vehicle for them to fix their mistake this close to my due date.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely try to encourage others to not go through this company. They are shady and their customer service is horrendous.

There was no charge on a credit card. I cannot offer a refund for something that was not purchased.  Our technician did his best to return with a part that was not damaged.  I apologize that he was not able to return to your location as soon as you would have liked him to.
Thank...

you

I have been using Accurate for years. They always do a great job. I would never use anyone else.
