Greetings ***,Thank you for bringing this matter to my attentionI have personally completed a thorough investigation regarding this complaintAll of our incoming and outgoing phone conversations are recorded for quality serviceMy findings are as follows.Ms*** was initially quoted the
$estimate for a used transmission to be installed in her vehicleShe was also advised and estimated $1500 for the replacement of the catalytic convertersShe declined the repairs, paid the bill and took her vehicleThis happened at the end of February.She then dropped the vehicle off after hours days laterI listened to all phone conversations between Mark (service manager) and Ms***She states that she has decided to go ahead with the whole "shebang"She also states that she intends to finance the repair through Synchrony Bank (our referral finance company) and she further states that if that wont cover the repairs her house refinance will provide her with enough money to cover the billAfter the repairs, the vehicle stayed at Accurate Auto of Lake OswegoWe had conversations stating that she did not get her house refinance and she intends to ask friends and/or family to help with the billShe asked us how long it could stay on our lot and if we had any other payment optionsWe told her that she needed to have a resolution to pay for her repairs on or before 3/31/2017. She apologized for the inconvenience this has caused.Nowhere in this time did Ms*** dispute the work performed, nor the costIt was not until this time had passed, Accurate Auto filed a mechanical lien that Ms*** filed her Revdex.com complaintSince this has happened Ms*** called us and asked "how much we would take"?In our repair, the amount that Ms*** states authorization to is $The actual completed bill came to $due to additional items during the course of the proper repairWe now had United Finance contact us and ask us to make a dealIn the end, as a matter of goodwill, we have accepted $$from Synchrony finance and $from United FinanceThe bill has been settled and Ms*** has the vehicle back in her possession
