Jody did call *** and wanted to try to resolve the problem this morning as soon as I let him know about the complaint
*** was talking to his friend ** about his complaint and the text msgs ** called our shop because he knows Jody and
said that *** said we text him vulgar items this morning, but ** knew that we would never convey that type of business During the call Jody told ** that he could get the numbers from *** and call Jody back and Jody would tell ** the numbers of all shop employees and ** could tell jody if they matched and if they did the employee would be let go immediately He called back and per ** none of the numbers matched
*** had also posted a negative and very rude review on our facebook page today
*** eventually called Jody back and talkedI assume after ** told him that it wasn't us *** apologized for assuming that the msgs were from our shop and Jody again explained why the initial problem was not how it had interpreted it Now he has apologized and removed the negative posting from Facebook
I assume that if you reach out to him he will also remove his complaint
