Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Vehicle with modern engine and transmission is nothing new in automotive industry and the fact that I've been driving this vehicle for months without axle issue means it's a non-issueI first brought the vehicle for hub replacement, which they did and removed the axle in doing soAfter a few days, axle was spinning but vehicle was notThey installed a new axle, called me and said vehicle is already fixed and I can take it home after paymentI did and axle broke down along the wayThey should not have released the vehicle if it's not safe to driveIf they thought the axle that they installed was "too long" and not the right one, they should not have installed itI decided to go to another shop for second opinionThey're the who told me that wrong axle was installed and they fixed it with the right axle and I have been using the vehicle without any axle issue up to nowI can provide them a copy of receipt from other shop only after they refunded my axle repair bill from them( accurate automotive services), towing, and left bearing repair so as not to jeopardize my future legal actions against them.Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] has the wrong engine and transmission in that pick up truck.for starters He did not ever say anything to us about any problems with the repair it is stated very clearly on his invoice that he has no warranty due to the fact that the vehicle is not stock It has a newer engine and transmission in it He also never said word one about this I would have worked with him if he did not make it home His first contact to say there was a problem should not have been this way He was told the axle I installed was too long but the other axle is too shortThat he needed to have custom axles made If he provides receipts from a legitimate shop I wI'll consider some form of reimbursement He was told clearly that there was no warranty and the axle was wrong the one that was in it was too short and it fell apart the other way I can provide copy of the receipt he received on MondayI have no signature on it because it was an after hours pickup Paul

Revdex.com:My vehicle is not one of a kindThere are a lot of vehicle with this modificationI made payment over the phone within office hours and he was there when I made payment and receipt should have been signedAll work and labor should be guaranteed by the shopThey should not have installed an axle especially if they believed " it was too long" and the vehicle should not have been released to me if it's unsafe to useBut being a Christian and as a sign of goodwill too, I will accept full refund of axle repair from their shopPlease mail cheque to PO Box [redacted] Bellevue, WAThank you Ps: I will inform Revdex.com if I don't receive the refund within reasonable time from today and will resort to legal action I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, [redacted]

A non stock vehicle with mismatched components is not normal in the automotive industry. By any stretch of the imagination
Saturday night was the first I heard of any of these allegations s a full month plus after [redacted] had his car back.
Had he called me and let me know the situation I may have helped him.

I pulled up a copy of the receipt that was given to him it very clearly states vehicle is not stock and has incorrect engine and transmission no warranty on parts or labor.
There is not a signed copy because he picked up after hours
I will offer him the repair amount for the axle only as a sign of goodwill.

warranty. We did not work involving axle removal the first time the vehicle was there.

[redacted] has the wrong engine and transmission in that pick up truck.for starters.  He did not ever say anything to us about any problems with the repair it is stated very clearly on his invoice that he has no warranty due to the fact that the vehicle is not stock.
It has a newer engine and...

transmission in it.
He also never said word one about this I would have worked with him if he did not make it home.
His first contact to say there was a problem should not have been this way.
He was told the axle I installed was too long but the other axle is too short. That he needed to have custom axles made.
If he provides receipts from a legitimate shop I wI'll consider some form of reimbursement.
He was told clearly that there was no warranty and the axle was wrong the one that was in it was too short and it fell apart the other way.
I can provide copy of the receipt he received on Monday. I have no signature on it because it was an after hours pickup.
Paul
