This is regarding the complaint from Richard ***I was not involved in this matter as I was not employed by Alphorn Ford Lincoln on the date of 3-9-All I can do is look at the deal and determine whether or not anything unethical was doneThe currently employed at the dealership that
was involved in the sale is Ken ***Whom I have interviewed to try to shed some light on the subjectKen has assured me that everything was done the right way and all options where clearly laid out for Mr***In reviewing all the paperwork, It seems Mr***'s signature is clearly signed next to all products and services he purchasedI have years of experience in this industry and have worked with plenty of Warranty AdministratorsI find it hard to believe a retired warranty admin didn't understand he was purchasing a warrantyI understand purchasing a car can get very confusing, but as Mr*** pointed out, he also has plenty of experience in this as wellI can not help with the interest part of loanI will refund the $for the anti theft out of good faith

I talked to Molli J *** personally when this issue had occurred. Told her to bring the vehicle in, we gave her a loaner to use while we fixed the problem. We have fixed the issue, keep in mind we did this out of good faith, customer never purchased an extended warranty. Her
desired settlement of a full refund is something that will not happen

This is my last response to Richard ***'s complaintI have tried to explain several times to Richard how the contract format that the state of Wisconsin provides us worksIt is really hard to do through written correspondence. I will again invite Richard into the dealership so I can go over the contract with him and make sure everything that we can cancel is canceled

Most all of this letter is false or exaggerated to the highest extent.  Here is facts, and what was really discussed. [redacted] purchased her Ford Escape 3/10/2016 with 57,338 miles on it, she currently has about 17,000 more miles on it.  Also, she bought the vehicle for a selling...

price of $12,000, not the $17,500 she claims. It is on her paperwork, I also have copies. Once I found out about the customer problem I left [redacted] two voicemails to return my phone call.  When we finally got into contact here is what I told her we would do.Option 1Fix her current issues with her vehicle at no cost to her.Option 2Give her $12,500 in on trade (which is $500 more then what she paid for it).  I was able to find an Escape 2013 at the 340/month payment she wanted.  However it wasn't the exact model she wants (which is $3000 more in price).  Which would mean a higher payment then 340/month.I am still willing to do either one of the options, but [redacted] is unwilling to let me help her.Please let me know if you need anything else.
