We have reviewed the details of your report, along with your order details on recordAs you mentioned, it is not our process to change the converter when installing a new transmission, as it is an added cost, however it is a service we are able to provide From the initial transmission repair in September to the issues you were experiencing in June 2017, several factors could have caused this issue you were having, and due to the fact that you mentioned you had several other hands involved, we cannot confirm that our tech did in fact leave the O-Ring off However, we are empathetic to your situation and we do realize that as humans, sometimes we make mistakesFor this reason, we are willing to come to a compromiseWe do need clarification about whether you are asking for reimbursement for the cost of the converter [part mentioned] and what the cost estimate would beWe want to reach a satisfactory solution, because we value our customers and their feedback, and make every effort to do right by themWe did try to contact you directly, but we understand that you are more comfortable to communicate within the Revdex.com platformWe hope that you will consider our offer
