I feel it is important to share my bad experience with Accurate Autobody The original estimate for repair of the car was to 1/weeks I understand that sometimes it takes longer than originally estimated, but the car was there for a month We never received a call that the car would take longer When we called for info we were told many dates it would be ready but it was never ready when we checked the expected day and were given a new date it would be ready There was always an excuse or someone to blame No effort was made to be proactiveNo apology was given when we finally picked up the car two days later than the last promised dateI will never go back here again Very poor customer service!!!!

the work on our car took 28 days and then the shop claimed the senor lights were on before the accident which was purely hogwash. I was told I would have to take the car to the dealership and that the dealership would have to prove the senor lights being on and the extra damage causing the senor lights to be on was part of the accident. Many times I was told my car would be ready and it wasn't. the shop told our insurance one thing and me something different as to why their were delays in repairing the car. at least they should tell the insurance company the same story as they tell the customer. when they said they would call me back they should have called me back. when they gave me back our car not completely fixed they should have called and explained to our insurance and to us before having me drive my car and not make it clear if I was safe driving the car or not. I will never do any business with them ever again and anyone asks me to make a recommendation for a shop is south east tulsa I wouldnt recommend this shop to a dog and never a person.
