I scheduled for a backflow test as required by City of Oxnard for Oct.21,2019 as I was out of town. Technician showed up Oct2,2019 without notice and completed test. Company held the test results and did not forward the results to the City as required before the deadline. Numerous emails and phone calls and still they refused to provide me a copy so I can mail it to the City. Their bill for their service had been paid. Then *** started blaming their tech *** for his few weeks vacation which again is not my problem.The City applied a late penalty fee of $16.00. I'm demanding that they reimburse me for the $16.00. Again they refuse. They want me to use their services before I could get the $16.00. Nothing of any of these were on my part! These are all their bad service and bad business practice. They should be decertified and license revoke for their practices which don't conform to Revdex.com guidelines and good has no customer service at all by blaming and putting their lack of common sense to customers. As a customer who was inconvenient be held accountable

Refund Reimburse the amount with out conditions of using their services before I get the refund. I don't intent to use this company again!
We were called by *** on 10/1/10 requesting backflow testing. We tested the device on 10/2/19. On 10/22/19 we received the test report from ***. Our technician was on vacation and unavailable to complete the test report, as the test report requires the tester's original signature. Upon our technician's return to work he completed the test report and we emailed it to the City of Oxnard Water Dept. Resolution: We are mailing a $16 refund to ***.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1. Test was scheduled for 10/21/19. Tech showed up on 10/2/19
2. Their tech went on vacation with attestation of report
3. On their notes above "10/22/19 we recieved report from ***". I DONT MAKE THE REPORT!
4. They submitted report beyond the deadline. City of *** applied a penalty that I have to pay.
5. This a great inconvenient for customers spending time calling and writing them and filing complaints before they do something after 5 months!
