This is a response letter I only was holding off to give the customer a chance to sesendBut I see that's not going to happen so then will now respond To start the job was a 10,floor and foundation projectWich is complete along w a xbedroom I did without charges because it
needed to b doneThat project was finished and has been paid forI agree Then a second phase was agreed up one wich was the rough in and install of fixturesThe initial part of installing the walls was impeaded and unable to do until the shower she ordered arrivedAnd so it began I informed her that it cost money for labor to have people on the job not really b able to move for*** but she wanted some one here so it was agreed that it was not in our original agreement and the customer paid for the delay And was agreed that it was not taken from our original agreement 7,At that point it was decided since the shower was still not there to move for*** and all the rough in was done and paid for but when the shower arrived all the rough in was in the wrong places and the walls and floors had to b removed and the services moved to work with the shower she bought this was done for the second time and no charge except materials after the wall had been taken down it was crooked and I advised her it needed to b fixed but it was on her dime and it was no proablem now she wants it to b mine
