This lady "kay" comes from an era that treats people like they are beneath her. I have never in my life been talked to with such disrespect. I would not recommend EVER sending anyone I know, or the General public to this business. The management and owner skills are a 0 here. This business should be reviewed and reprimanded. It is people like Kay that give small businesses a bad name.
