Accurate Dorwin (2020)

Window quality was no better than others in market. Pricing was higher than market.
We had a small accounts receivable that was paid in full before net 30 days, but they threatened legal recourse after a week of installation.

They installed windows 30 years ago. A crank broke last year. They replaced it free when we went to find the parts. The other windows they installed 10 years ago are still performing perfect. Their service was great back then and the standards I'm pleased to say are still high

We are very happy with our Accurate Dorwin fibreglass windows. We recently made our second purchase of windows which were delivered on the date promised, and they look great. The whole process was marred by the installation crew who made a mess and were not successful in replacing the window casings they'd removed. That said, Accurate Dorwin responded to our concerns and followed up right away. We are looking forward to purchasing our final package of windows next year!

I have been chasing Accurate Dorwin for 3 years to fix or replace my patio door which hasn't operated properly since day 1. Cannot lock it and after spending over 10k on the purchase of the door I have resorted to using a stick to keep it secure. Basically they just give me the run around. The owner actually told us he was going to be in our area and would contact us. No contact and now he won't return our calls. I would not recommend them to anyone. Non existent after sale service. There product is***. Try any other window company but Accurate Dorwin.

Our experience has been bad. Our doors and windows were installed over a period of time in 2017. We have had all sorts of Accurate Dorwin people in and out of our home countless times since trying to fix problems associated with sloppy installation and poor performance of the product. We finally had their doors replaced by another company. The windows still ice up inside. Staff were last out on January 21st to 'look at? this and take photos. We have heard nothing about it since. There has not been acceptance of responsibility for the deficiencies or recognition of the repeated disruption to our lives.

All personnel from Accurate Dorwin involved with this contract were very professional and friendly. They performed their particular aspect of the job in a timely and efficient manner and were neat and tidy. During the installation of the windows a drop sheet was used to ensure no dirt or residue landed on the floor area. The installers removed their outside footwear at the door and vacuumed up the work area on completion of the job. The proper function of the opening and closing of the windows was fully explained and demonstrated. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

In May of 2018 we had all the windows replaced in our home. We had previous dealings with Derwyn at Accurate Dorwin and readily included him in our request for quotes. Derwyn was very informative and knowledgeable about all types of windows and installation procedures. In fact Derwyn was the only representative that walked around the outside of the home to look at the old windows and discuss the installation process. After review of all the quotes we selected Accurate Dorwin because of the trust that my wife and I had in Derwyn's knowledge and ability.
When the windows were ready for installation a very accommodating Michelle contacted us and arranged for a time that was most convenient for us.
When the day came for installation came Hajdin and his crew arrived right on time and started the process, I can't say enough about Hajdin and his crew. All of these three men were extremely polite and knowledgeable. As each room was completed they cleaned the entire area up before moving on to the next room. Hajdin was very meticulous and obviously takes great pride in his work. At the end of the day everything was vacuumed and cleaned up ready for the next day.
We were especially appreciative of Derwyn who continued to be available for any questions that we had long after the sales process was complete. He readily responded to telephone and email questions within a day which made this entire project seamless.
I would definitely recommend Accurate Dorwin for any window and door project.
