I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure which house they are referring to but what they are describing is not our house While a section of our home is an add on with a slab over a pier and beam There is a crawl space under this enitre section of our house Accurate Foundation actually did work in this crawl space which was accessible from the front of our house as well as through the closet in the bedroom at the front of the house We have since replaced the carpet over this closet access and redone our landscaping including building a retaining wall per Accurate Foundations recommendations The day our foundation (December 2015) was fixed the foreman never spoke to my husband regarding tearing up our floor They told us that what they were doing would correct the problem We were absolutely told by Accurate that they would come back and fix cracks inside our home (which we don't even care about...we just want our house not to slope) The first person (who retired) that Accurate send out in May after our initial complaint said that they had not actually fixed our issue and told us they needed to get back under the house and fix an interior beam and that he would talk to scheduling and get a crew out He also said they would install a drain pipe to prevent moisture build up under our house This never happened and our calls were ignored for months. It wasn't until the second guy they sent out in November that tearing up our floors was mentioned (and he never even looked under our home) My husband told him no that they had been under the house before It was at that time that the guy realized Accurate had already fixed our foundation and he wasn't there to just give us a quote (he was apparently unaware of that fact when he was sent out) I would also like to point out that there is a crawl space that a ft man can stand in under our home It is obvious by this response they have NO idea what my home even looks like It is a flat out lie that Accurate foundation did not know we were unhappy I have personally spoken with *** We have requested our money back...I don't know where they are from but that doesn't exactly scream happy with your service In addition, I have written multiple reviews, reported Accurate Foundation to their warranty company, and will retain counsel if this is not resolved We have had two other foundation companies come out and give us quotes since December Neither of them mentioned digging up our floors and when questioned both said there would be absolutely no reason to do so Both companies quoted us based on going under our home and both said there was an issue with an interior beam (which is what the original guy from Accurate said when he came out in May) The beam that is causing the problem is NOT even under the slab portion of our house It is so blaringly obvious that Accurate Foundation doesn't even know what house they are talking about and are responding to this based on a few noted jotted on a piece of paper If Accurates only solution is to dig up our floors then the answer is no Give us our money back and we will hire a company who can do the job properly

Accurate foundation repair installed 7 exterior steel piers (not beams) on the [redacted] house in Dec 2015. The corner of the house in question is a add on addition to the original house and was constructed with a pier & beam flooring built into a slab foundation on the existing house. When the...

new addition was built, it appears that the pier and beam part was constructed of wood with zero clearance under it laid directly on the surface and Bamboo flooring laid directly on top.We where contracted to install piers around the outside perimeter to try to correct the deflection as much as the house would allow. On the day the work was done, our foreman on the job site informed Mr. [redacted] that the exterior piers had corrected as much deflection as they could and we should probably take a look at the pier and beam part to check the interior wood beams and possibly install interior piers also. With zero clearance under the floor thus not being able to crawl underneath for an inspection, we told Mr. [redacted] the Bamboo flooring would need to be removed and we could come back and inspect the wood beams for any wood replacement and additional interior piers needed.Accurate Foundation Repair does not repair interior cracks in walls or tile repair or any interior cosmetic repairs, our customers have always handled that part on their own and we have never had anybody bring this to our attention before so I’m not really sure why they believed we would !We did send a service tech out to there house in May 2016 and yes he has retired since but we checked his field notes and there is no mentioning of us needing to go back out at the time only that there was some erosion and drainage issues and that he recommended an engineer to look at the drainage issue. In November 2016, we did hear from The [redacted] and we sent our superintendent out for an inspection.  He also stated to Mr. [redacted] that the flooring in the room would need to be removed so we could give an accurate assessment of the repair plan to help correct the issues of the Pier & Beam part.Mr. [redacted] was present at our site visits and we felt he understood with no clearance under the Pier & Beam that removing the flooring would be needed for us to evaluate and give an accurate repair plan if any wood replacement or interior piers where needed and to let us know what he decided and we would come back out for the inspection if he chose to remove the floor. It wasn’t until we received this Revdex.com notice that Mrs. [redacted] wasn’t happy.  Accurate is more the happy to inspect and see what can be done to help Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] if they chose to remove the flooring for an accurate inspection and evaluation.

Accurate Foundation Repair has contacted and is attempting to work with Ms. [redacted] again on the reinstating process and requirements needed to issue a warranty on contracted work on her house done for the homeowner at the time piers were installed.  Hopefully will be resolved this week.
