To start Mr.*** bought his Kia Sedona from us back on 4/24/well over the day mark for paying taxesAt time of sale we gave him what we thought was a lien release, we learned now that is was not going to work so we applied for one and
was told that it would be to us by that Friday so that's what we told Mr***When it did not come , he called me and called my a liar and when I was talking to him I was told to shut the *** upI told him I had the letter where it said it was filed for and to be mailed out, he did not want it
Saturday he called and started in with a WHOLE lot of Profanity from the start and again when I tried to talk to him I was told to shut the *** upI hung up this time

The salesman likes to switch his storyHe is very confused on the conversation that was hadHe said he would mail it out and kept cutting me offThe only way to get his attention was to yell at him because he wouldn't shut upMy husband asked him how he was going to mail it out to us when he doesn't have my address and he hung up on himIf you resort to their reviews you will see we are not the only one who has had this issue with themVery odd that they sale cars, yet have no idea that they need a Lien releaseI'm curious why it matters when we title itIsn't it their JOB to make sure when we walk off the lot that we have evrything we needWe still have yet after two weeks to receive notice of this releaseCalled the company exhibits was origianally through and they aside they opted for the cheapest way for them to get the release rather then to study the needs of the customer and could have had it over nightedAnother way to screw us overBut I guess the, "you waited this long you can wait some more" is a great way to handed businessYes my husband was irate after getting a car that has broken down 12times including on the way home from the dealership, it's pretty hard to financially be able to afford to pay a loan, and repairs and titleAnd now I have to wait when I am ready to title it because very poor business

As the customer states, someone is confusedThis conversation started approximately days agoThat was the 1st and only contact they've had with us since purchasing the vehicle, so buying a car that has broken down times and never contacting the dealerDoesn't add upThe lien release is coming from a 3rd party, the day I receive it they will be contacted
