Accurate Home Inspections

We were very pleased with our decision to use Accurate Inspections to inspect a condominium we are purchasing in downtown Calgary The inspector was knowledgeable, thorough and professional and we have confidence in the analysis and advice we received and appreciate the other aspects of the services included in the price of the inspection

We were offering to purchase a home in Calgary SW, I hired Terra *** from Accurate Home Inspections to do a pre-purchase home inspection on Sept.8, 2016, while I was away and she was left with my wife during the inspectionWe moved in on October and found:
1/ The water drainpipe from the sink was dripping when turning on water from the tap, I climbed up the ladder and found the pipe had several cracks along its feet body, it was so obvious with visible white calcium stains on black PVC pipeI had pointed out the water stains on the walls and floor with her before I left the house but she missed it
2/ The master bedroom shower floor drain seal was not sealed and water came out the floor when in shower, silicon joints of shower glass walls were dried out and falling out and she missed itShe only reported shower was not securely anchored to the wall and floor
3/ Chimney rain cap was falling out
4/ Mice droppings were along the walls in rooms and closets in basement, main floor, under oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, I even found a mouse trap in the closet but she had failed to see this house was infested with miceI cleaned the droppings but left the evidence under the oven, dishwasher for her to see but she refused to look at them when I asked her to come to my houseShe said her job is inspecting but not on the knees looking for mice droppingIf she saw what I saw, I would be able to ask for deduction from the home seller before I sealed the deal, this is a big lostStay away from this inspector

Benny and his crew couldn't have been more professional. Work was done in a timely way and it is absolutely beautiful. I'm recommending SPRS to anyone needing pool work. I am switching my pool care to them as well.
