On 5/16/16:
*** the owner of this landscaping business, agreed to a contract that we both signedWe paid a cash deposit of $650, as requested by himHe began work that day, cut down two trees in backLeft two full trees laying on the ground for full days and broke our fenceSaid he’d be back tomorrow (5/17) to fix and clean debris
* We did not hear from him nor did he answer our calls for full days
* We tried contacting him numerous times Thursday to tell him we do not want him to complete the work and that we want a refundHe did not respond or answer phone
* Friday I returned from work around 5:00pm, He was there working in the front yard (did not clean up the mess in the back) and said “I think you called yesterday…” He told me about the work he was doingHe was not tilling up the front gardens as discussed, just putting plastic over it
* Left the house around 5:Returned around 8:let the dogs out and went upstairs to put my son down for bedCame back dow
