Basement rim-joint spray insulation Removed the old fiberglass, cleaned, caulked sealed all gaps Missed the scheduled date to return to spray the insulation but called ahead of time to explain and rescheduled Spray insulation went well I laid out floor covering from garage to basement and glad I did because the hose system can be pretty dusty/dirty Other than some follow up cleaning (vacuuming floor) all went well

did a goid job w insulation HOWEVER, pressured us into ysing Focus on Energy pricess from his friend. ssid it woukd save us $1200. I asked REPEATEDLY we woild be forced to do other repairs we didnt want to do and were tokd by iwner and his focus on energy friend that we would NOT. well come to find out the repeat ficus in energy assessment showed that IF both bathroom fans were on at the same time my stove vent was on high there MAY be c.o. intrusion from my gas watr heater. So if I wanted the rebate I needed to buy a new $2000 water heater. I sais that I wasnt worried, I have c.o. detectors. too bad, this was totally misleading. the enerhy audit methidoligy is flawed, I resent being pressured into doing it, snd resent having to pay this money

We are so happy to have chosen this company for our insulation needs. By happenstance, our neighbors used them for a project soon after we bought our house. We asked our neighbors, got a great reference from them, and sought out this company for our own project. After a thorough estimate including great information on an energy program incentive, we started our project. Not only did they do extra work on short notice, but were incredibly flexible with our changing schedule after a death in the family and resulting immediate trip to the east coast. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable, did quick work and updated us consistently, and we are so pleased with the immediate results. We went from a stuffy and humid upstairs on our cape cod, to a comfortable whole house feel, and now that it's cold we are staying toasty warm inside as opposed to our freezing cold winter last year! Knowledgeable and efficient. Removed mouse eaten shredded stuffing and spray insulated basement box sill for to seal out mice and keep in heat. Also removed old basement ceiling which was being used by mice to traverse.

After seeing a good feature story on this business on Fox 6 TV a couple years ago, I wrote down the name and phone number for future reference. Eventually hired Steve and his sons to reinsulate a 50-year old attic space that had significant energy leakage and rodent infiltration. He and his team did a great and professional job. Steve and his crew arrived precisely at the time they stated they would. They brought the exact fans we requested and professionally installed them. They both work and look great. We recently purchased a home that had been neglected for many years and had been infiltrated by raccoons and other rodents.
Our first steps in bringing the home back to life was to have the old attic insulation and ceiling/walls drywall removed. Needless to say this was an awful task in light of the fact that the raccoons had soiled the insulation and drywall. After the first day, I thought they might pack up and not return....however, the team from Accurate took on the job and despite many challenges, completed the project in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price......they worked diligently and did a great job cleaning up upon completion. The also showed up each day at the agreed upon start time, no excuses about running late or having conflict with another project.
Steve the owner was on site and working long side his team. He has a straight forward approach and shared his in depth knowledge of what options existed based on what they encountered. We are in the next phase of rehab which will include an insulation strategy for the basement sills, cathedral ceilings, flat attic floor areas and exterior soffits/walls.
I look forward to working with Accurate to make our home energy efficient, properly vented and secure from cold, pests and animals.

We had a great experience with Accurate Insulation Solutions LLC. They were professional, courteous, timely. They came to bid the job, called back and e-mailed in a timely fashion. When we chose them a cancelation occurred in their work schedule and they were able to get the job done earlier than I anticipated which was a bonus for us because it occurred before the growing season of plants around our home. They did what they said they were going to do, did it on time and at a great price. They did an excellent job of clean up after the job. I highly recommend them. We had our crawl space air sealed as well as the rim joists of our basement. The musty smell in our library is now gone as well as the mice and bugs! I plan on using them again when I air seal my attic and add insulation. As someone on a limited budget I need to do thing in stages. Not a problem for this company! I loved the fact that the President of the Company was on the job! He listens to your concerns and gives his professional advice. Other companies we had bid the job, tried to sell us stuff we did not need. and did a hard sell. This is the second time that I have used Accurate Insulation Solutions LLC at my home. The first time they insulated my sill plate and crawl space. I was very pleased with that project. This year we had them insulate our attic changing the R value from 14 to 50. They also installed a new bath fan and fixed some problems that were unseen. Steve was excellent, explaining the problem and offering solutions. He also asked other experts as to what they would do and then told me what they thought should happen. I was very pleased with the result and the price was fair to the work that was done. I highly recommend this company!
