According to my records all attachments sent to us have been responded to.? We will resubmit all work that has been done since May 30th to the clients and push them through our credit repair if their credit has been dinged.? Through out this process any negative marks made by the resort is illegal and we will quickly move forward to resolve this issue

Dear Representative A message was forwarded to me today and I accidently hit proceed before responding to the businesses comments. In their message they say they have spoke to me and are giving the same response to Revdex.com they gave to meTheir letter is not signedI do not know who this is from so I do not know whether I spoke with them or notI can say the only person I have spoken to on the phone was *** who told me when I expressed my unhappiness with them that she does not handle complaint issues and only processes the paperworkShe told me to speak to *** and she would have him call me which he never didIn their response to you they say I can call *** for further clarificationI have left *** at least messages and e-mailed him at least times*** does not return phone calls nor emails*** told me when I first purchased the package that my credit would not be in jeopardy as I expressed my concern for my credit not being affectedThey say they have not received the lien letter I sent the letter to ***, *** & the document dept on May 1stI have also included a copy here for your review along with the emails I sent without a response from ***They lied to meI do not have a contact to get out of with my timeshare company as it is paid in fullA lien would have killed my credit which they told me would not happenI have paid the maintenance feesThey have not done any work to earn $1,600.

I want a refund from them as they advertise on the internet and on the recorded message when you callI did everything they said, sent papers they questioned, probably have receiptThe company had to sign for themThat was part of the instructions, and that is what I didAlso, I begged from June until October for this to completely get resolved! Why? I have a child in college and was unable to borrow a penny over thisI pleaded with this companyFinally, I hired lawyers out of MtJuliet, TN to resolve this issue, which they have and a QuitClaim deed was done two weeks ago by lawyers in MtJulietI have repeatedly asked this company I have filed the complaint against for a refund as they guaranteedAnd *** *** refuses to honor his advertised guaranteeI WANT MY REFUNDIt is simple

It is unfortunate Mr*** is not satisfied with our servicesI have talked to him on the phone and stated the same response as I am in this Revdex.com responseMr*** feels a complaint will change my position on the matter, but unfortunately that is not the case.We have placed him in a generic
dispute as of February 2018. Our service does take some patience and may take anywhere from to months to receive a full cancellation of ownership. Mr*** refuses to send us supplementary information to tailor his case to his experiences with this resort. A generic dispute will lead to a cancellation but it does prolong the process. Mr*** did sign our service agreement and we have not in any way breached the agreement we have with Mr***. We have also not received any documentation referring to a lien on his home which would be illegal by his resort. We have asked Mr*** to produce documentation of what he has received and to date we have only received an email he forwarded us with a maintence fee reminder. Based on what little Mr*** has produced to substantiate his claims and the service agreement he has with us, he is not eligible for a refund. We will gladly continue to move Mr*** to a cancellation of ownership per our service agreement. It is imperative Mr*** forwards to us anything he has received from vistana and sends us his testimony with the reasons he is seeking a cancellation with his resortThis will bring him to a cancellation of ownership in a timely fashion.Mr*** is welcome to call Matthew for further clarification

Ms*** hired us to assist her in removing her name from her timeshare with GrandSeas. During the process GrandSeas switched ownership and became ExploriaThis does prolong the process. Ms*** did not sign a contract with Exploria and it is a red tape issue. If Ms
*** would have allowed us to continue working towards a cancellation her name would already be removed from the timeshareIn June she received a notice from a 3rd party debt collector. We did stop the collection attempt, but when the collection agency attempted to extract money from her illegally she decided she wanted a refund. In July Ms***’s credit was illegally marked by a third party debt collection agency during our process and we put her through our credit repair to remove any negative marksThrough our process all negative credit marks were removedFurthermore, we do not have proof that she actually sent the cease and desist letter to the third party debt collector to prevent her credit from being marked in the first place We have done everything on our end to move forward to a cancellation of contract for Ms***. To date I do not have proof Ms*** is still in a timeshare contract. If she is we would be glad to finish a cancellation for her

*** * *** Ms*** paid another company called Discover BTSE to assist her with a timeshare cancellation.? We were never paid by Ms*** or Discover to remove her name from her timeshare contractWe were working on her pro bono as a favor to Discover BTSE along with other clients who
were also pro bonoHer salesperson’s name is not listed but *** *** has never been to Ohio or sold any timeshare cancellations to any clients who were recruited through Discover BTSE? The batch of clients we did receive from Discover were sold by a *** *** *** * *** ***Any refund would need to be with the company she originally purchased with.? Ms***’s last communication with us was Jan6, via email, not Nov28, as she has stated.? She mentioned she was worried about her credit when we spoke to her in January.? We asked her to forward any negative marks if there were any.? The marks would have been illegal and we would assist her in having them removed immediately.? Ms*** decided to file a complaint with the Revdex.com instead of continuing to work with us.? If Ms*** would like to continue the process we are glad to help
