I'm not sure why Ms [redacted] keeps saying "Accurate Insurance" forced her to take a second policy, There is NO second policy! Ms [redacted] liability on her Buick was transferred to the Kia and physical damage was added, No one forced her to keep insurance on the Buick As an Insurance Agent it is our responsibility to inform our insured's that [redacted] Secretary of State does require you to carry insurance on any vehicle owned and licensed I'm sorry Ms [redacted] feels that the premium was too high, Ms [redacted] did go from a vehicle with liability coverage to an vehicle with full coverage Ms [redacted] has every right to go to another insurance carrier if she feels the premium is to high, and she did just that Accurate Insurance did request a policy cancellation with the carrier and any unearned premium will be refunded to Ms [redacted] within the time allowedAgain, Accurate Insurance Appreciates Ms [redacted] past business

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvience Mr*** has had
Mr*** prior policy was for full coverage and on 12/22/an SRpolicy was started to accomodate the *** Secretary of StateThe paperwork
signed by Mr, *** shows the SRpolicy for a Chevrolet Cavalier LS, is for "liability only"(signed paperwork available upon request)
Unfortunatlly *** the insurance agent who sold the policy, is no longer with Accurate Insurance Services, so I cannot question *** as to what happen
I can assure you that Mr*** policy at this moment is for full coverage
Mr *** policy is valid up to 12:01am on 12/22/for the following coverages, $20,000/$40,for bodily injury, $15,for Property Damages, $20,000/$40,for Uninsured motorist, $deductible for comprehensive and $deductible for collision
In Mr*** desired resolution statement with the Revdex.com, MrEden requested "a discount or credit" from Accurate Insurance*** Department of Insurance prohibits any insurance agent or agency from giving any discounts or credits to inureds, this is considered rebating and is in violation of our licenses

Accurate Insurance sends post cards and calls the insureds to remind them that their insurance policy is coming up for renewal, Accurate Insurance does this as a courtesy to prevent lapses in coveregeWe use phone numbers that were given to us by our insureds when placing the insurance
Accurate Insurance expects all customers to be treated with great customer service and I will look into this situation.Mrs*** was contacted and has acknowledge by email (below) that everything on her policy has been correctedWe thank Mrs*** for her past, current and future business

I have reviewed phone conversations with Ms*** and found that on 07/09/*** *** customer service manager, with Accurate Insurance called Ms*** to let her know he was reviewing her file and would be calling Ms***
backOn 07/10/2014, Miguel followed up with Ms*** letting her know that there was an open balance on her account for $The amount was due to a short payment on Ms***'s insurance renewalMiguel explained to Ms*** her payment was short $and the computer system then calculated finance charges and late fees in addition to the $Miguel let her know if she made the $payment he would waive finanace and late feesLater in the day on 07/10/2014, Agency manager, *** also called Ms*** and explained we tried calling her and mailed out a payment booklet
On 07/18/I called Ms*** to let her know we recieved the $and waived all fees on the account, thanked her for her business and told Ms*** if she had any other concerns to please contact ***
Ms*** seemed satisfied

On March 23, 2016, Ms. [redacted] called our office for her renewal rate on her auto insurance policy, the rate given included a seven day advance discount (policy would have to paid for within seven days of the expiration date which was 03/26/2016). Ms. [redacted] renewed her policy on...

03/25/2016 one day before the policy expiration date, this caused the seven day advance discount to be removed. We contacted the insurance company that Ms. [redacted] was placed with and they credited the policy an additional $67.00.

I have had insurance with Accurate for over 5 years. What a great company to work with. The employees are great and very friendly.

The liability Insurance on the 1996 Buick LeSabre was transferred to the 2016 Kia Soul per insured's request, in addition to transferring the liability portion of the policy, comprehensive and collision insurance was added to the policy because the vehicle is being...

financed. There would be an increase as the insured is going from a 1996 liability only policy to an 2016 full coverage policy. There wouldn't be a refund, that is why Ms. [redacted] never received a refund check. The agent did let Ms. [redacted] know that the State of Illinois requires mandatory insurance on any vehicle owned, if the 1996 Buick was not being traded in. I can assure Ms. [redacted] no one is scamming her.Accurate Insurance Services, Inc. abides by all of Illinois Department of Insurance rules and regulations. Accurate Insurance Services Inc. greatly appreciates Ms. [redacted] past business.
