Accurate Leak and Line

Accurate leak and line came out and replaced my sewer line form house to sidewalk and did a great job, covered grass while they worked so once they were done very minimal clean up. would recommend them to anyone for sure.

This weekend, my bathroom exploded with "dirt" from my toilet and shower. What could have been a disaster was rescued by an early morning return call on Monday from ***. In January 2013, Accurate Leak and Line had done a massive repair to my home plumbing which had been inundated with tree roots. With excavation and special lining added to the plumbing, my beautiful midcentury home was rescued. While not a cheap endeavor, *** was professional, knowledgeable and worked incredibly hard so that my family was quickly back to our home. Fast forward to October 2017 and my new plumbing issues. Having had more than one home repair nightmare, I was sure that the repairs I had done by Accurate Leak and Line in January 2013 had not lasted. I was so WRONG! Looks like a toy made its way into a toilet and lodged itself causing a backup of (you guessed it) NOT dirt. Gross, I know! But *** had come prepared to identify and resolve any problem. This was obviously not a fault in the service they provided, but *** would not leave us without working restrooms. He worked carefully until that toy was dislodged, taking special care not to disrupt my special liners I had paid for years earlier. Home repairs are never easy, but this week was going to be particularly tough because my son was going into the hospital. All I could think about was that he would not be able to be back in his own bed when he was discharged because we would be without toilets until we could get them repaired. So while my experience with *** at Accurate Line and Leak was fantastic in 2013, this new one will endear him and this company to me forever. I cannot recommend this company to you highly enough. They are the experts. They do things right - the first time - so that they last. And, they cared about my family's needs then and now.
