Please see the attached apology letter that was sent out.

Also sent in an email stating that this should be resolved now.

This company is both unresponsive and unprofessional. They incorrectly filed a notice with a homeowner that had no involvement with a project. After communicating with them,both verbally and in writing, they failed to respond or provide any relief.Voice mails, fax communications (per their request)were all equally ignored.Our firm ended up simply going around them, which was a difficult process.They quite nearly caused their customer serious legal issues with a major utility company over this issue.A great company to avoid at all costs.
