Our company's senior management has reviewed the details of this case, and we will be contacting [redacted] with regard to ripping out the basketball goal that was not installed to his liking, and to re-install it per his instruction - at no charge to [redacted].

When our delivery team arrived at the HomeGoods store, they only gave the driver 1 piece. We delivered the bench and not the book case, and [redacted] refused the delivery. There apparently was confusion at the point of pick up on our part with regard to what [redacted]...

wanted. On March **, after receiving notice from the Revdex.com, Steve L[redacted] - our national customer service manager - left a message for the [redacted], advising her that we were refunding her for the entire amount - $244.66. She replied by voice-ail, saying that she appreciated that, and that she considered the matter resolved. We are happy to resolve this to her satisfaction.

I have previously filed a complaint with Select Express & Logistics because it took them three months to install a basketball goal for me. In this process they scheduled appointments numerous times and did not show up. They finally did come and install my goal but their team only used 5 bags of concrete and the goal called for 10-12 bags. I contacted the company and they sent a team to inspect it and they verified that the goal was not installed correctly and was unsafe. Select Express said they would send a new team to fix the problem. I told the new team that I would like the goal in the exact same spot at the exact same angle. When the goal was put up it was not at the same angle that we had at before. It appeared that they took the goal down without marking the angle we had the goal. We had the goal angle so we could mark our driveway for free throws and three point shots. They missed the angle completely and it is several feet off. Three pointers are now from the grass and the goal does not utilize my driveway like we had before. I contacted Luis E[redacted] at Select Express and expressed my concern with how they installed the goal and said that I would like it done again correctly. We emailed back and forth several times and I even sent him pictures of before and after where you can clearly see how bad they messed up re installing goal. He then replied that I should have told them what I wanted and it was not their fault. I explained to him that I did tell them exactly how I wanted the goal and the acknowledged me. Now he will not reply to any emails and I have a goal that was not installed correctly and looks awful. I would like for them to come back and put the goal up how I had it before. The same spot and same angle it was before they came to fix it.

They have not replied to any emails for a month. They have taken no responsibility for their mistake. I want my goal installed the way I originally had it. Their team came to fix a problem that their company created and in the process created a bigger problem. I specifically told second team that when taking down goal that I wanted it put back exactly how it was in same spot and same angle. They are very unprofessional company.
