We are really sorry about the situation that brought about this complaint.As you can see from our history this is the first time a complaint has been filed.I feel really about the financial loss aggravation that [redacted] at [redacted] has been through.I spoke to my dispatcher and he explained...

that this was a pick up at [redacted] which is generally a difficult place to pick up and in our case we were there twice and each time after waiting over two hours they closed and didn’t allow us to pick up. additionally we were unaware of the last free day at [redacted]In an attempt to settle and have this complaint forgiven we are willing as a good will gesture to give [redacted] $500 out of pocket at a complete loss to us.
