This cannot be repaired in the field Consumer wants system that is completely water tight to the sink The grommets will leak if flooded to the sink One would have to purchase the tank and put in their own fittings We cannot weld fittings Consumer has take to another shop in Portland and they are working on it

I am rejecting this response because: Accurate is correct that I want a water tight holding tank.( Leaking can cause mold and that can lead to a lot more problems.) When I spoke to Redwood I previously had a water tight holding tankWhat Accurate installed was notIf Accurate wasn't able to do the job in the field they shouldn't have taken the jobI did take my 5th wheel to Coach Master RV in Bend, Oregon to have other work done and discussed with them the problem I was having with the holding tank that Accurate installedAt that time I was told that they would have to drop the tank to diagnose the problemI had Coach Masters call Accurate to ok the work since it was still under warranty and Accurate had been paid in full for a new tank by my Insurance company, Jason would not honor my warranty or ok to reimburse Coach Master to correct the problemno work has been done on my tank !
