I was very pleased with the guys that moved my piano and dining room set. They were nice, efficient, respectful and did a good job! I’d definitely use them again and confidently recommend them.

I was referred to Accurate Moves By *** by a friend's daughter who used them to move locally. Their reviews online looked great so I contacted them for a quote to securely load a truck for cross-country delivery along with pictures & a list of my pieces. *** assured me he had 30+ yrs experience & they were experts & not one item will move or be damaged. I told him I had blankets for each piece, but not rope or ties. He said he would supply the rope at no charge & bring extra materials, if needed. I said I would buy lunch then. I kept my end of the bargain, he did not. *** did not come, he sent a crew of three. One of them broke the meter off of my bike & said nothing. I found it on my floor. They brought no materials, which I did not know, b/c I was busy inside packing. I only found out that nothing was tied down when the truck arrived on site & it took the unloading crew took almost 20 mins to get the door open b/c the load had shifted. One green strap was holding the entire 26' load at the door. My brand new box spring that was against the door had a tear in it, my treadmill was wedged into the door & the plastic bottom cover broken up. *** tried to blame the damage on the unloading crew, but I was right there with them on the truck surveying the damage & picking up pieces of my damaged furniture & other items. I have before photos that I had sent *** for the quote & after photos I also sent him of all of the damage. He said I only had 1/3 of the blankets needed. I had 24 for each piece of furniture, except the chairs & things I wrapped myself. None of the pieces I wrapped myself were damaged & I am not a mover. He said he cannot guarantee particle board furniture, but even my solid wood furniture was damaged b/c NOTHING was tied down or secured b/c his crew did not bring any rope or materials. One of them should have gone to a store then. It was negligent & the guarantee he gave me that none of my items would move or be damaged was not kept. In my case, they failed miserably.
