A business's integrity is demonstrated by good work ethics and most importantly good customer serviceWe entered into a contract with Accurate to install paves in our driveway and build a patio porch in the front of our houseWe had several competitive offers and decided to hire Accurate primarily because the owner expressed that he really needed the work and guaranteed that we would be satisfied when they completed the jobI will not go into the intricate details of their performance, however, I seriously doubt that we will do business with Accurate ever again as well as refer them to anyoneAfter paying them we found mistakes with the layout of the pavesWe called and texted the owner with pictures showing the discrepancy several times and all we got in return were crickets.......no responseBecause of our constant persistence of texting the owner asking him for at least a courtesy response if something or nothing would be done he finally sent a crew to correct the discrepancy.....after plus daysWe contacted the owner again twice and asked if he would send a crew to apply the sealant on the pavers in the area where they had corrected and we never received a responseAt that point we were doneWhat is so baffling, before Accurate started the job we had discussed with the owner about having our pool patio replaced with paves by his company and later informed him that we knew of at least two others that wanted driveway paves and we would recommend his companyThat's approximately $10k or more of business Accurate will not get because of very poor customer service I'm not suggesting to anyone not to do business with Accurate, just sharing my very very disappointing experience
I called Accurate after several paver companies told me it would be about 5-7 weeks to get my pavers in stock. After speaking with Rodney at Accurate, he told me he can get them the next day. He did just that and had the entire job done at a fair price by the end of the week. This was demo and paver a large driveway and walkway and add an entry step.
We were impressed with the quality of the job. The crew also gave some great suggestions to make the finished product look better and actually did this changes without changing the price.
The one issue we had was they missed capping one of my sprinkler heads which had water coming up through the pavers. They quickly had a crew out capped it, and repaired it. I couldn't even tell they were out.
We contacted Accrurate Pavers about two weeks ago in order to do some pavers in our backyard. The pricing we got was very competitive and the work was done to our satisfaction. It was completed in less that a week. I think they did a great job!

They took there initial deposit correctly but overcharges us on the balance. The owner stated he'll look into it and get back to me that night. He never did. I had to put in a dispute with the credit card company.
