I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing for your next plumbing issue This is a small business that has high standards for completing the work!! We had to shut our water off due to a handle breaking off under the sink They were at our home the next day due to us living without water They were efficient, handled everything with expertise, their cost is reasonable and they were very courteous I will always request Accurate Plumbing for my home

1.) I did contact Accurate Plumbing on June 29th, It was a Monday at 1:pmWas told by Mike that the "Owner' wasn't there and that he would talk to the owner and call me back by Friday, July 3rd, No call back I called again on Wednesday July 8th, and was told "I don't have any record of you calling us so I need to talk to the owner and will call you back Friday July 10th before noon", again no call back.2.) I am not a plumberI paid them $in good faith with the understanding that they knew what they were doingI should have been more aware when AccuratePlumber showed up and said "I've never done a well water system before but I called someone and it should be OK.".3.) When Accurate Plumbing did call me Friday July 10th, it was only after I had filed a complaint with Revdex.com and had contacted The Basement Doctor to see if theycould do anything for meOn that phone call I was advised to send them my paid invoice from the other plumbing company and they, Accurate Plumbing, wouldsee what they could do4.) I have not received the invoice from the other plumbing company as of this writing.) I know the tank was over pressurized because I watched the other plumber check and recheck several times the tank pressure on the test portThe gauge wasreading over 100#s every time, then when he tried to bleed the pressure off it sprayed water everywhere which means the tank is saturated because the bladder has ruptured6.) I called another plumbing company because I assumed the problem was some where else not my brand new tank !! ! Why should I call back Accurate Plumbingwhen they couldn't do it right the first time.Thank you, [redacted]

This is the second time this year we've used Accurate Plumbing to solve some problems in our homeMy wife's bathroom sink was dripping continuously for several weeksHer bathtub shower regulator (hot/cold) was "out of whack"--releasing cold water at the highest hot & cold settings and releasing hot water only in the middle settingHer toilet also wobbled a bit(I'd tightened the bolts several times to correct it, but was now afraid to tighten anymore and possibly snap a boltBrian/the owner and Jeremiah/his assistant were able to fix all of the problems in short time to our complete satisfactionReplaced the cartridges in the faucets, adjusted the tub/shower regulator so that it works properly, and shimmed the toilet so that it no longer wobbles (Why didn't I think of that???)Anyhow, they were in and out within an hour and did a great, professional jobWe will use them again to replace our outside faucets (which leak profusely when turned on) in the springGreat friendly, professional, on-time service at reasonable prices

This past weekend we noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking We spoke with Brian ***/Accurate Plumbing via telephone on Monday, 2/29/16, and he said he'd have someone out to help us early Tuesday afternoon We got a call from him Tuesday morning saying that his assistant would be out around 12: At about 12:15, Jeremiah (his assistant) showed up Jeremiah was very professional, friendly, and went right to work (We'd already purchased a replacement disposal and had it on-hand.) He completed the work in less than an hour--including thoroughly testing for leaks in the system (There were none.) and cleaning up his work area Also, note that, upon entering our home, he put on protective booties--nice touch We're VERY pleased with the job done and, most definitely, will use Accurate Plumbing again!!

This morning, 6/26/17, I had Rick H*** and TJfrom Accurate Plumbing come and replace the line on my water cooler I was originally going to have Rick and T.Jgo under the mobile home to reattach the old copper line that broke off from the fixture under there Well, they did me one even better! They were able to hook the line up to the hose bib just right under my back steps They replaced the old copper line with a new flexible line, and they got my water cooler going! They didn't even have to take any skirting off and go under my mobile home Also, I can turn the water on or off to my cooler right there at the hose bib under my steps! Also, they were very friendly and approachable! I give them a 5-star rating My neighbor across the street in the little mobile home park where I live recommended Accurate Plumbing to me! Their prices are fair, too I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing! Thank you, guys for turning me into a satisfied customer! Might I add that I appreciate the fact that you guys cleaned up after you were done!

I highly recommend this company to anyone. I had a difficult issue with my shower fixture. Brian and Jeremiah quickly fixed it. They were very polite and respectful. I felt that Accurate Plumbing gave me an honest and very price. I would not hesitate using them again.

I have nothing to say but praises for Accurate Plumbing. Brian and Jeremiah were awesome. I had a well pump replaced they were in and out . The cost came out being better than what the quote that was given. I know without a dought had I went to another plumber that the cost would of been double. Review: These guys came to check a plugged bathroom for 250. Found stick stuck in there. Charged me $259. Told me need $150 more to take out stick.

Told me they need to order special head for the snake to take out stick. Called them three weeks later to ask if they can do it. They wanted about $275 to do it. Told them they quoted me $150. They came up with some excuses why they cannot do it for $150. Desired Settlement: Do not wanna deal with them again

We were hired to camera sewer line and find problem. We ran the camera and located where sewer went into the parking lot from cleanout on the ground and found no problem. Tried to run camera towards building but could not get past a certain fitting. Then we ran camera down roof vent and found that a stick had been dropped into the vent stack and was stuck in fitting. I told the customer that if he wanted us to try and retrieve it that we would have to order a retriever head for a 3 in. vent. He opted to have his handyman get one and try to retrieve it. He called me back and said he could not retrieve it. I let him know that the cost to snake out main through roof vent would be 275.00 beceause it takes two men to do this with the large snake on the roof. Not an easy job. He told me I quoted him 150.00 to do this. We do not even snake main lines through cleanouts for this price. I am sorry but he must have miss understood what I had said.
