Good communications. I talked to [redacted] at the office a number of times, very friendly and helpful with concerns about the job. [redacted] came out with an assistant to do the tile removal and replacement. I was told I couldn't change the tile size, due to the pool design. This was explained to me in a very professional way, making it clear and understandable. I found another tile which I liked even better than the larger tile I was going to use. [redacted] came back out, and finished the job in two days. Great job!
