March 7, 2007, Sam's Construction Roofing installed a roof on our house that was supposed to last years The shingles were an Atlas Product, architectural style We noticed dark markings along the roof edges that we repainted twice thinking that the fault was in the quality of the paint November 2015, we contacted *** *** about water stains in the den and in one of the closets in the master bedroom *** *** and *** *** of Platinum Roofing checked roof and suggested installation of new flashing and washing the roof by another company Wells said the shingles were rusting, *** said mold was on the shingles We did not receive any offer to replace the roof with a better quality of shingles October 2016, we removed the old shingles and installed new roofing with another company
