My shipper, STI, contracted ProRelo as their local agent to pickup my motorcycle and move it to an STI shipping hub It was literally 0.9mi from the ProRelo warehouse They blew two pickup deadlines on day #one Day two, they blew two more pickup deadlines The only reason they eventually got it done was the mounting pressure from STI Thankfully I wasn't in this on my own ProRelo was belligerent, they repeatedly lied, they were disrespectful, and they made numerous mistakes I had to babysit them remotely from miles away just to get the job done Remember, the pickup was miles away from their warehouse How incompetent can you be? Then, rather than take ownership for their continual stream of mistakes, ProRelo tried blaming me I had reported their dispatcher's beligerent tone and atrocious behavior to STI, and ProRelo retaliated That's right, rather than attempt to correct their mistakes, instead they got nastier and tried to insinuate that from miles away I could somehow impact their performance of their duties Amazing arrogance I was never even supposed to be involved ProRelo was simply supposed to take the order from STI and get it done They have nobody to blame but themselvesI was in contact with their dispatcher and driver throughout the day They never contacted the dealership, which was their actual pickup contact Instead, I had to play middleman and make up for their mistakes They made up some story about how their truck broke down When I told them I spent the afternoon on the phone with their driver and KNEW he wasn't broken down, they made up a new story Then they refused to give me a knew pickup time and hung up on me It was mi away How hard can this be? They couldn't even get the worlds easiest shipping job done right, and then they were atrocious to deal with

Don't know how this company has an A+ ratting when the only two reviews and now a third are all negative I used them a year ago and was not impressed, but was told I would get a better deal if I used them again as I knew I would be moving in a year again When I called them the first time I was quoted a rate in writing with a man crew When I called back the second time I was not given a 'deal', but was told I would have the same deal I had last time (would not go up) Two guys showed up and we had a huge language barrier issueGood thing my family that could communicate with them Took the two guys hours just to load a bedroom 1,square foot (no appliances) apartmentEverything was packed and ready to go and, with the exception of the furniture, moved to the bottom level When I asked where the third person of the crew was, I was told by the the lead guy that they always say they will send a person and then they send I called the office while we were in transit to registered a complaint about the reduced crew and how it was taking so longI spoke with Chris on the phone and he had a very aggressive and hostile attitudeHe basically called me a liar and said they would NEVER quote a three man crew for a "man state mandated rate" Chris said that if I was going to complain and dispute the charges he would call the crew and tell them to turn around and unload my shipment where they found it He was holding my belongs hostageHe kept putting me on hold Finally after much angst and just to get my belongs back, we agreed to a rate and they demanded that I authorize the charge on my card before they unloaded anythingI only was only asking for what I was quoted and I do have the paperwork to prove it It did not end there, after buying the men crew lunch they told me they did not know how to take my treadmill apart to get it into the house (it had come out of the garage on this move)By this time is was going on 5:30, again (hours!) this is a two bedroom apartment (1,square foot) with no appliances I was exhausted and was tired of arguing with them Later that evening I remembered the head crew guy was the head crew guy on my last move and they had taken the treadmill apart to move it the year before So called the office again, and after much difficulty again (and lying, the head crew guy to them he had told me he did not have have the right tools for the treadmill, lie) they agreed to come back out and move the treadmillThey wanted to charge me $to come move it! What a racket!?!?! after much arguing and them saying the would be everything for the next three days in a row and them being no-shows, they finally showed up exactly one week later to complete the move Lorinda and Chris are extremely rudeWhen I called back on the day and Lorinda asked how she should help me (with definite attitude), I told her "by them doing what they said they would" ie move the treadmill for the last three days, she actually hung up on me Bottom line Stay away They don't even deserve one star
