Review: I brought my sewing machine in to be repaired on 4/27/13 - The owner told me he could fix it and it would be about 4-6 weeks. He claimed to be an authorized Pfaff dealer and "technician". After several MONTHS of calling and waiting for my machine to be repaired, I finally picked it up on 10/4/13 and now the machine is no longer operating at all! I had to pay him $140.00 for the "cleaning and adjusting" items that he did. This had to be in CASH only. The man has virtually ruined a $4000.00 sewing machine. He claimed he called the Pfaff company and spoke to technicians, etc. He made so many excuses about why the repairs were not completed. Twice I went back to the shop to see his progress, and each time there was another excuse. I have documented several of the phone calls and the excuses he gave. I brought in a machine that needed a repair and now the machine is inoperable. This machine has allowed me to earn extra money to compensate for my limited income. Now I'm without the machine and the extra money.Desired Settlement: I believe this man should replace the machine he has now rendered useless and worthless. This machine is only 5 years old, and considered relatively "new". I am without my machine and the additional income it brought me.

In regards to my complaint filed on Accurate Sewing Center, I did receive Mr. [redacted]'s check for a refund of the charges I paid him for his "repairs". Mr. [redacted]'s statement that I called him every day is a huge fabrication. I have written proof of the dates I called him to check on my machine, and it was certainly not every day. In fact, after taking my machine to him for repairs, I did not call him for 6 weeks, because that was the time he anticipated the repairs to be done. One day, after several weeks of waiting to hear from him, I called to find out the status, and he rudely told me not to call him any more, as he was too busy!

I have had MANY machines repaired by this company, and all were positive experiences.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing reputable reliable repair service.

This company has excellent customer service, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I would question the other review - as I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.
