When Ms *** came in to do her taxes, she did not have all the information needed to completeWhich I explained to her it was okay because I would not be able to efile her return anyways because I was waiting for the software company and
confirmation from the IRS
to give me the approval to efileI've attached the letter from the software company showing the 1st day that I could efile and the was the day that I efiled her returnI did not reply to her emails right away because I didn't get a chance but I DID replyFor some reason she didn't receive themI unfortunately accidently deleted my response to herIf I would have known that I would have needed it I would have kept a copyI called her and sent her a copy of the acceptance from the IRS via email

I never received a response via email or phone for two weeksI submitted my missing documents within hoursI still HAVE all my written attempts to contact herI still have not received my completed returns for my recordsBy the way, she did not tell me in her office she would not be able to efile for two weeksOtherwise there would've been zero need for me to call/email so many times to request a status update! Once I receive my completed documents this transaction is complete
