# [redacted] Hwy # [redacted] ***, CA We were asked to perform a “limited” inspection dated 9-4-which was limited to the hallway and entry porchThe inspector found Drywood termites and made a primary secondary recommendation fumigation or local treatment at the request of the ownerThe owner then asked us to come back and perform a complete inspection dated 9-18-and the inspector found several other items Typically when this happens it is due to the owner not having an inspection for several years and is unaware that they actually have multiple conditions that need to be addressedThis unfortunately results in an unhappy client which did not realize their property had so many issues due to the lack of maintenanceThen Ms [redacted] asked us to perform all the work for the same amount as the limited inspection?
