This place has had my vechile for months for a check engine lightEvery time there is an excuse with a explaination that it is being trouble shooted.followed with an other excuseI really want my vechile fixed and gave benifit of doubtCome to find out the truck was tsken to Ilinois to the mechanics friend who " specialises" on these vechilesAnd when said I want it back in town more promises and again excuses on the date I was told to pick upI am considering this vechile stolen.should of done this before but, I guess I was so blind that I was hoping my vechile was really being assessed thoroughly

Review: I was visiting a friend at his apartment, his parking lot requires that you put a parking pass on your dashboard so we got one at 9:15 pm and placed it on the dash. At 9:50 pm my car was towed unlawfully. When I called the tow company they proceeded to yell at me and said there was no parking pass and they took pictures to prove it. When I asked to see the pictures he told me that if I called again I would be slapped with a restraining order. The next day I called back, asked to see the pictures, they sent one blurry photo without a flash, because my dad works at a magazine he used his computer to brighten the photo which clearly showed the outline of the parking pass in the dash. The company has refused to return any money.Desired Settlement: I would also like to see the company have their license taken away, this is apparently a problem many people have with them and it is unlawful.

This company had my equipment for nearly three weeks with no formal communication unless I called and their reasons were all lies. I emailed and told them I was dissatisfied with the service I was getting and they told me they were not going to move my equipment any more. After sitting on it for three weeks, REALLY!!!
