I made a phone call after finding them on the internet. I faxed my document as requested and received a quote through email which was from a different company. I wanted to protect myself from fraud so we made another phone call and asked some questions including where is their office. The company man said they did not have one. I said how is that possible, its sounds crazy. He says its not crazy, lots of businesses have no physical address. I said it may not sound crazy to you but it does to me. He said I did not need to conduct business with his company then and hung up on me. I was just about to ask other questions of how does this process actually work, so he could explain further. Very bad customer service. I would have probably used his service if it was just explained a little more to me. Shame on them, you have to have patience with customers who have never used this type of business before.

Accurate Translator has great customer service. I had used their services in the past to translate a document from English to Spanish. It was ready in the time frame I was given and I had no problems when I received the document. This past year I needed a copy of that same document and again I was given the same friendly customer service, time frame was from one day to another and I was able to pick up my document, since I needed it asap. I highly recommend Accurate Translator.

I had only one encounter with this firm but it was very positive. They could have demanded full payment for a job which I cancelled in the middle of the job but they didn't. I got a full refund for work not yet completed. How many firms will do that ?

my experience with this company was incomparable. even tough I didn't see them in person and all the transactions were conducted by email, they were very professional, not to mention very fast and accurate. they asked me to review their translation and I suggested a few corrections and we worked together until the translation was perfect.
